History
Fujitsu Telecommunications Europe was established in 1993 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fujitsu, following the creation of a joint venture in 1991 between Fujitsu and BT. This business was based on BT's former supply and manufacturing division, known as Fulcrum Communications. The company moved to its current European headquarters in Birmingham Business Park in 1995.
