Lindorff selects Fujitsu as new IT infrastructure outsourcing provider

juni 15, 2012
Fujitsu, one of the world’s leading IT service providers, has today entered into a five-year European service delivery agreement with Lindorff Group, a leading company within debt-related administrative services in Europe. The contract has an initial value of 34 million Euros and covers full outsourcing and development of Lindorff’s IT infrastructure in 11 countries.

– It is important for us to create a unified and flexible IT infrastructure that can ensure our clients secure and innovative services. In the selection process, we have focused on high competence combined with a proven European presence, says Endre Rangnes, CEO Lindorff Group.

About the agreement
Under the terms of the agreement, Fujitsu will be responsible for an integrated and end-to-end service delivery, centralizing Lindorff’s current ICT systems, as well as both on-site and remove services across Lindorff’s locations. The agreement also covers server hosting and administration, and PC, storage and collaboration systems through a standardized Fujitsu cloud model, as well as network services and 24/7 multilingual service desk. The agreement started on June 1, 2012.

– The Lindorff Group is today a leading company within its field in Europe, and we are very proud that they view Fujitsu as the most suitable service provider for their multinational business. Our goal is to contribute to their growth by being a reliable and assertive business partner, says Kjell-Erik Tenold, Managing Director at Fujitsu Norway.

– We are honored and proud of signing with yet another leading European corporation. This type of outsourcing agreement delivered through a standardized Fujitsu cloud delivery model underpins Fujitsu’s position as a leading Nordic and global IT provider. We look forward to working with Lindorff in their countries of operation and hope to be able to contribute to the company’s growth ambitions through our technological solutions and expertise, says Bengt Engström, CEO at Fujitsu Nordic.
