Guidelines

Bids submitted by potential suppliers are handled according to the following guidelines.

• Upon receipt of bids, Fujitsu's Purchasing Department will promptly issue a notification of receipt to the potential
• The received bids will be forwarded to the relevant sections of Fujitsu and its affiliates, where the bids will be reviewd, then accepted or rejected.
• The content of bids will not be disclosed to third parties without the consent of the potential suppliers.
