The FSX2000 optical subscriber multiplexer supports both analog and digital services on a single system and brings the advantages of SDH transmission into the access network. You can deploy the FSX2000 now, enabling the existing copper infrastructure to be reused. The system offers flexible network configurations and can be installed as a standalone SDH access node or as a collection of satellites hubbed into a single node. You get 64K cross-connect capability and 2,000 line V5.2 capacity for effective feeder line usage.
