The FLX600A add/drop multiplexer is a highly flexible system that can be configuered into a number of possible operating modes. The system can support 2 Mbps to STM-4 tributaries and a variety of linear and ring network topologies. Built-in, any VC-level digital cross-connect capability provides you flexible traffic routing, which is ideal for a simple mesh network and inter-ring applications. FLX600A can also be efficiently managed using our FLEXR® Plus or FLEXR management platforms either remotely using an X.25 link or an LCN, or locally using a direct connection.
