20 November 2009 Japan: Fujitsu Opens New Annex of Tatebayashi System Center
Tokyo, November 20, 2009 – Fujitsu today announced the recent opening of the new annex of the Tatebayashi System Center, in Gunma Prefecture outside Tokyo, to serve as a core platform for its outsourcing services and next-generation cloud services business in Japan.
19 November 2009 Japan: Fujitsu Submits Cloud API Specification to DMTF And Joins Leadership Board of Open Cloud Standards Incubator
Tokyo, November 19, 2009 – Fujitsu today announced that it and Fujitsu Laboratories Ltd. have submitted their cloud API specification to the Distributed Management Task Force (DMTF), and that Fujitsu has joined the leadership board of the DMTF Open Cloud Standards Incubator. Fujitsu will actively participate in further standardization work in DMTF and implement this specification on its next generation IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) platform, which will be made available in the second half of 2010 in Japan.

Singapore, November 17, 2009 – Fujitsu Microelectronics Asia Pte Ltd (FMAL) today announced a new two-channel DC/DC converter IC with fast transient response, for use in digital consumer products, such as LCD TVs and digital video recorders. This new DC/DC converter IC, the MB39A145, utilizes a “bottom detection comparator method”, and includes new enhanced circuits which provide changes in voltage, for changes in current to realize a more stable and low ripple output voltage.

16 November 2009 Japan: Fujitsu Announces Fast-Response DC/DC Converter IC for Consumer Electronics
Tokyo, November 16, 2009 – Fujitsu Microelectronics Limited today announced a new two-channel DC/DC converter IC with fast transient response, for use in digital consumer products, such as LCD TVs and digital video recorders. This new DC/DC converter IC, the MB39A145, utilizes a “bottom detection comparator method”, and includes new enhanced circuits which provide changes in voltage, for changes in current to realize a more stable and low ripple output voltage. This improved stability subsequently reduces the number of external components that are needed, such as condensers, thus reducing space. The IC also includes Pulse Frequency Modulation (PFM) that is highly efficient in low-current ranges, and allows the equipment to have low power consumption in stand-by mode. Samples of the new converter IC will be available from January 2010.

Tokyo, November 13, 2009 – Fujitsu today announced that the new docomo PRIME Series F-01B mobile phone, manufactured by Fujitsu, will be available from NTT DOCOMO, INC. as of November 20, 2009. In addition to Fujitsu's pioneering water-resistant (IPX5/ IPX7/IPX8) and dust-resistant (IP5X) features, the F-01B includes a large 3.4" touchscreen display and a 12.2 megapixel camera, combining uncompromising functionality with sophisticated design in a high-performance waterproof mobile phone.
