Tokyo, August 30, 2007 – Fujitsu Limited today announced that the Tokyo District Court has upheld Fujitsu's claims of patent infringement in the lawsuit brought against Nanya Technology Corporation Japan, a subsidiary of Taiwanese semiconductor manufacturer Nanya Technology Corporation. Revenue growth was led by robust overseas sales of IT outsourcing and other services, particularly in the UK and North America, along with higher overseas sales of hard disk drives (HDDs), optical transmission systems, and UNIX servers.
