Fujitsu Siemens Computers Affirms Commitment to United Nations' Global Compact

Munich , December 29, 2005 – Fujitsu Siemens Computers reaffirms its commitment to the United Nations Global Compact, the world's largest voluntary corporate citizenship initiative to promote corporate social responsibility. The international initiative was founded in 2000 by the United Nations and encompasses more than 2,400 participants worldwide in nearly 80 country networks. Together with U.N. agencies, areas of civil society and international organizations, these companies have banded together to promote universal social and environmental principles. For this purpose, the Global Compact has designed ten universal principles in the areas of human rights, labor, the environment and anti-corruption.

Fujitsu Siemens Computers Strengthens Portfolio with SBS Product Related Services

Munich , December 21, 2005 – Fujitsu Siemens Computers BV, announces that it has reached an agreement with shareholders Siemens AG and Fujitsu Limited to acquire the international Product Related Services Division of Siemens Business Services as of April 1, 2006*. Customers will benefit from Fujitsu Siemens Computers' increased ability to consult, design, implement and service from one source for industry growth segments: Dynamic Data Center and Mobility. The addition of PRS capabilities is designed to increase profitability by strengthening the company's product related service portfolio and solution implementation.

Announcement Regarding Disciplinary Actions

Fujitsu Siemens Computers Reports Double Digit Revenue and Profit Growth for First-Half Fiscal Year*

Augsburg, November 9, 2005 – Fujitsu Siemens Computers, the leading European IT company, announced fiscal year 2005 first half-year financial results* today. President and CEO Bernd Bischoff announced at VISIT 2005 European IT Forum, that the company delivered revenue of € 2,870 million, resulting in a year-on-year growth of 12 percent. The company also announced a 33 percent year-on-year growth in profit before tax of €7 million to € 27 million for the first-half of the 2005 fiscal year, which is the time period April 2005 through September 2005. The company recorded a 21 percent growth in unit volume year-on-year for the first half.

Fujitsu Reports FY 2005 First-Half Financial Results

Tokyo, October 27, 2005 – Fujitsu Limited, a leader in customer-focused IT and communications solutions for the global marketplace, today reported consolidated net sales of 2,192.3 billion yen (approximately US$19,231 million*) for the first half of fiscal 2005 (April 1, 2005 - September 30, 2005), a decrease of 1.2% over the first half of fiscal 2004. Excluding the impact of accounting policy changes and restructuring, sales were essentially flat. Although intensified competition led to lower year-on-year sales of LSI devices and PCs, sales of optical transmission systems and hard disk drives (HDDs) rose sharply, and sales of outsourcing services in the UK were robust.

60* Percent Growth: Fujitsu Siemens Computers Outpaces Mobility Products Market for 7 Consecutive Quarters

Munich, October 26, 2005 – Fujitsu Siemens Computers continues to outpace the mobile PC market across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. The company states 9 percent market share according to IDC's PC Tracker charts* and outpaced the mobility market for the seventh consecutive quarter achieving 60 percent year-on-year growth in mobility product unit sales in the third quarter of 2005 vs market growth of 39 percent. In the desktop segment Fujitsu Siemens Computers enhanced its number 3 position with 13 percent growth vs a market that grew 11 percent.

Fujitsu Initiates Legal Action Against Nanya Technology Corporation Japan

Tokyo, August 22, 2005 – Fujitsu Limited today announced that it has asserted patent infringement claims against Nanya Technology Corporation Japan, which is a subsidiary of Nanya Technology Corp. ("Nanya"), in Tokyo District Court. Fujitsu seeks a court order against future importation and sales of infringing DRAM products, and compensation for past infringement.

Fujitsu Reports FY 2005 First-Quarter Financial Results

Tokyo, July 28, 2005 – Fujitsu Limited, a leader in customer-focused IT and communications solutions for the global marketplace, today reported consolidated net sales of 1,026.3 billion yen (approximately US$9,246 million*) for the first quarter of fiscal 2005 (April 1, 2005 - June 30, 2005), an increase of 1.8% over the first quarter of fiscal 2004. Stronger year-on-year sales of 3G mobile phone base stations and mobile phones in Japan, optical transmission systems in North America and hard disk drives helped to offset lower sales of LSI devices for consumer electronics products.

Fujitsu Reports FY 2004 Financial Results

Tokyo, April 27, 2005 – Fujitsu Limited, a leader in customer-focused IT and communications solutions for the global marketplace, today reported consolidated net sales of 4,762.7 billion yen (approximately US$44,512 million*) for fiscal year 2004 (April 1, 2004 - March 31, 2005), roughly even with the net sales recorded in the previous fiscal year. Solid sales gains in the Platforms segment helped to offset modest sales declines in Software & Services and Electronic Devices. Although sluggish domestic sales and certain problematic projects in Japan adversely impacted Software & Services income, bolstered by continued gains in production efficiency, strong results in Platforms - where operating income more than doubled - and higher income in Electronic Devices contributed to an increase in consolidated operating income to 160.1 billion yen (US$1,497 million), up 3.4% over the previous year.

Fujitsu Siemens Computers Outperforms Market

Hanover, March 9, 2005 – On the eve of the opening of CeBIT 2005 in Hanover, Germany, Fujitsu Siemens Computers, the leading European IT company, announced a preview of its fiscal year 2004 financial results. President and CEO Bernd Bischoff announced that the company expects revenue of around €6 billion (forecast) for the 2004 fiscal year running from April 2004 to March 2005, a 13 percent increase over the previous fiscal year. Profit before tax (PBT) is forecasted to be €94 million (forecast), an improvement of 51 percent or €32 million over the previous fiscal year.

February 7, 2005 – ULVAC, Inc. (Representative Director, President and CEO, Kyuzo Nakamura; headquarters: Chigasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan; hereafter referred to as "ULVAC"), Fujitsu Limited (Representative Director, Hiroaki Kurokawa; headquarters: Minato Ward, Tokyo, Japan; hereafter referred to as "Fujitsu") and its wholly owned subsidiary, Fujitsu VLSI Limited (Representative Director, Hitoshi Takahashi; headquarters: Kasugai City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan; hereafter referred to as "Fujitsu VLSI") have reached basic agreement regarding the transfer of Fujitsu VLSI's manufacturing equipment operations to ULVAC.

Sharp and Fujitsu Announce Agreement on Transfer of Fujitsu's LCD Business

Tokyo, February 7, 2005 – Sharp Corporation and Fujitsu Limited today announced that they have entered into a basic agreement regarding the transfer of Fujitsu's liquid crystal display (LCD) operations to Sharp. The agreement calls for Fujitsu to transfer to Sharp the LCD research and development, manufacturing and sales operations of its consolidated subsidiary, Fujitsu Display Technologies Corporation (FDTC), along with related R&D equipment at Fujitsu Laboratories Ltd. As a result of the transfer, Sharp is expected to take on FDTC's personnel and Yonago Plant in Tottori Prefecture, as well as Fujitsu Laboratories' personnel involved in FDTC-related R&D, and related intellectual property rights held by the Fujitsu Group. Sharp and Fujitsu are now discussing details of a definitive agreement, which they expect to complete in March.

Fujitsu Announces Agreement with Hitachi on Plasma Display Panel Business

Tokyo, February 2, 2005 – Fujitsu Limited today announced that it has reached a basic agreement with Hitachi, Ltd. regarding Fujitsu's transfer to Hitachi of 30.1% of the issued shares in their joint venture company, Fujitsu Hitachi Plasma Display Limited (FHP), along with related plasma display panel (PDP) intellectual property rights. The companies intend to sign a formal agreement finalizing the arrangements by the end of March, at which time the specified intellectual property rights will be transferred to Hitachi. After providing financial support aimed at eliminating FHP's excessive debt, the companies plan to complete the transfer of shares, following which FHP will become a consolidated subsidiary of Hitachi.

Fujitsu Reports FY 2004 Third-Quarter Financial Results

Tokyo, January 28, 2005 – Fujitsu Limited, a leader in customer-focused IT and communications solutions for the global marketplace, today reported consolidated net sales of 1,043.6 billion yen (approximately US$10,133 million*) for the third quarter of fiscal 2004 (October 1 - December 31, 2004), a decline of 2.3% compared to the same period in the previous fiscal year. Excluding the impact of restructuring last fiscal year, on a continuing-operations basis Fujitsu's third-quarter sales were flat. IT investment in Japan remained generally weak, and growth in overseas sales of IT outsourcing services, UNIX servers, personal computers, optical transmission systems, and hard disk drives was offset by sharply lower sales of semiconductors, plasma display panels (PDPs), and liquid crystal displays (LCDs) arising from deteriorating conditions in the digital home electronics market.
