Munich, December 22, 2004 – Fujitsu Siemens Computers has recorded another success with its FlexFrame™ for mySAP™ Business Suite. This time, Plaut/Germany, a management consultancy, was won over by the innovative SAP adaptive computing concept with functionality of SAP NetWeaver. Plaut, which plans to use the system for prototyping, testing and training, sees FlexFrame as the key to more efficiently operating existing SAP solutions as well as acquiring new customers. A detailed concept analysis performed by the company's in-house SAP specialists made the FlexFrame decision simple. As a Fujitsu Siemens Computers technology partner, Munich-based IT consultancy NYX3 was involved from the beginning in the planning and "ready for SAP" realization.

Fujitsu and VERITAS to Collaborate on Mission-Critical Linux Solutions

Tokyo, October 6, 2004 – Fujitsu Limited and VERITAS Software Corporation today announced plans to collaborate in offering mission-critical Linux system solutions. The companies plan to introduce Linux solutions optimizing market-leading storage management and backup products from VERITAS together with Fujitsu's world-class storage, server and middleware offerings. This will include the large-scale mission-critical Intel Architecture (IA) servers with 64-bit Linux that Fujitsu is readying for market introduction. Additionally, the companies plan to strengthen existing cooperation in sales, marketing and support activities, and Fujitsu plans to set up a competency center for testing and pre-verification of Fujitsu and VERITAS product combinations. London, May 24, 2004 – Fujitsu Services Holdings PLC, one of Europe's leading IT infrastructure management services companies, today announced its financial results for 2004, following its return to profitability in 2003. The company made an operating profit before exceptional items of £54.3 million and a profit before tax of £50.4 million in the year ending 31 March 2004. Fujitsu Strengthens Systems Support and Operational Services

Tokyo , May 17, 2004 – Fujitsu Limited today announced that it is reorganizing and strengthening its systems support and operational services businesses in Japan. The move aims to provide enhanced levels of support to meet the increasingly sophisticated IT needs of its customers and to further leverage operational services - an area in which high growth is expected - to expand Fujitsu's business. As part of this initiative, the boards of directors of Fujitsu Limited and Fujitsu Support and Service Inc. (Fsas) - currently a majority-owned publicly listed company - have signed an agreement for an exchange of shares whereby Fsas will become a wholly owned Fujitsu subsidiary. The realignment will enable the Fujitsu group to provide customers in Japan with seamless, one-stop delivery of services covering the full spectrum of the IT system lifecycle. It will also enhance Fujitsu's ability to proactively anticipate and continuously propose appropriate solutions to meet customer needs, further strengthening its commitment to providing IT solutions from a customer-centric perspective.

Fujitsu Consulting Announces Sale of Spain Subsidiary to Management-led Group
