Munich, December 22, 2003 – Fujitsu Siemens Computers provided further verification of how successful its sales and marketing strategy for the small and medium sized enterprise (SME) market has proven to be. Europe’s leading IT company outperformed the European SME market in the third quarter 2003, achieving 18 percent year-on-year growth in a market that expanded by only 3 percent, according to IDC revenue figures for sales of PCs and x86 (Intel-architecture) servers. According to the data, Fujitsu Siemens Computers holds the number 3 spot in this segment in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region with an 11 percent market share.

The Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Group to Work with Fujitsu Services on the Inland Revenue's ASPIRE Contract

London, December 11, 2003 – The estimated £3 billion contract will start on the 1 of July 2004, after a six-month transition period from incumbents EDS & Accenture. Fujitsu estimates its business under the contract will result in revenues of approximately £1 billion. The deal is for an initial ten years with an option to extend for up to a further 8 years.

Fujitsu Introduces Innovative Integrated Solution for Cost-Effective Carrier-Voice Migration

Birmingham, December 9, 2003 – Fujitsu Telecommunications Europe Ltd, the leading supplier of high performance telecommunications solutions, has unveiled a cost-effective, integrated solution for migrating legacy carrier-voice services to broadband. With Fujitsu's new GeoStream Integrated Voice and Data ADSL Line Card (IV-LCSS), the same exchange equipment supports conventional and broadband services concurrently. Fujitsu Siemens Computers Announces First-Half Fiscal Year 2003 Results

Augsburg, October 29, 2003 – At its annual customer conference, Octoberfestival, Fujitsu Siemens Computers announced financial results for the first half of its 2003/2004 fiscal year. The company achieved a profit before tax (Pbt) of €11 million for the six month period from April through September 2003. This represents an increase of €32 million over the first half of the previous fiscal year. Revenue declined by nine percent to €2,232 million. The decline is attributed to the US Dollar / Euro exchange rate, which depreciated approximately 24% year-on-year, as well as to intense competitive pressure.

Munich, October 15, 2003 – Fujitsu Siemens Computers announced today that its shareholder Fujitsu Limited. will deliver the virtual tape system Eternus VT600 in Japan and Asia Pacific regions. It also announces that Fujitsu’s mainframe operating system, MSP, is also certified on CentricStor. This package consists of Fujitsu’s Lt160 tape library and CentricStor, a virtual tape appliance developed by Fujitsu Siemens Computers. BT's £1/2 million+ Emergency Recovery Unit Project Turned Around in Record Time

Fujitsu's cost-effective ASDH Ethernet solution is designed to deliver a nationwide Ethernet service over the existing core network, using the proven Fujitsu FBX-A multi-service platform. Fujitsu recently demonstrated a fully working model of the ASDH Ethernet offering at the Adastral Park headquarters of BTexact Technologies, BT's advanced research and technology business.
