Mobile Business Consulting

Everyone is going mobile. It’s important to understand the potential pitfalls and benefits for your business. An agile mobile strategy can help your employees to stay connected from home or in the field, or make your customers’ lives easier.

The Fujitsu Mobile Business Consulting Solution helps you to meet the challenge with a full end-to-end solution via three components:

  • Mobility strategy: creating a plan that will address problems, and keep you ahead of the competition. We’ll analyse the issues, plan a strategy and make the business case for investment.
  • Mobilising business processes: analysis of existing processes and making them mobile using our unique lean application development expertise.
  • Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) assessment: allowing staff to access systems via their own mobile devices can save on hardware costs, but brings challenges for security and usability. We can address those and make sure that your approach works for everyone.

What we’ve done for our customers

Helping HMRC go mobile

During the 2012 London Olympics, HMRC asked its staff to make fewer journeys within the M25 area to ease the burden on London’s public transport. They realised that a mobile working strategy could play a significant part in transforming performance, and help them to meet new Civil Service Reform and Cost Savings targets. Mobile banking solutions for Luup

In developing Luup’s strategy, the Fujitsu team worked with Rule Financial to analyse the business potential of various markets, and build market-winning propositions. They assessed 20 important factors including infrastructure maturity and the propensity of consumers to use new technologies. In addition, the team analysed Luup’s competitors by assessing their offerings, target markets and funding.

"The Fujitsu and Rule Financial team has supported Luup in enhancing its winning business strategy. With their team we defined how we should differentiate, where we should focus our business - and highlighted how we can drive our success."

Thomas Bostrøm Jørgensen, Chief Executive officer, Luup.
