  • Employees Ready to Embrace AI to improve Work/Life Balance, Fujitsu Survey Reveals Dublin, Ireland, December 12 2018 - Workers feel that their productivity is declining despite longer working hours – and are now ready and willing to embrace the assistance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to tackle this, according to a new study from Fujitsu. Meanwhile, they perceive businesses’ IT as failing to support them, with inadequate security, service failures and challenges in accessing the information that they need to be effective.

  • Irish Business Leaders Depend on Digital Technology for Improving Customer Service Dublin, Ireland, December 4 2018 - Just under three quarters (70 percent) of Irish business leaders believe they must put customers first if their organisation is to succeed in the long-term, with a similar number (76 percent) citing ‘trust’ as an important factor for maintaining strong customer relationships. This is according to a global study commissioned by Fujitsu, which found that 57 percent of business leaders in Ireland believe customers’ mistrust has increased significantly over the past three years. The good news is that the majority (74 percent) believe their organisation is well positioned to meet customer expectations over the next decade.
