Covid-19 pandemic: Our commitment to you

April 23, 2020

Dear customer,
I hope you and those dear to you are doing well during this challenging period. I write to you again to reassure you of our ongoing commitment to support you and your business in whatever way we can. In these unprecedented times, we’ve taken wide-ranging and mitigating actions to manage any impact on our delivery of the products and services that you need to operate effectively.
As a global company we’ve drawn on our expertise and international experience to support what is a major crisis effort in Ireland. This has led us to focus our efforts on the parts of our business which are most effective for you. If you would like to know more about these measures you can read about them here.
Our local teams are ready to mobilize and respond to your needs, including the unforeseen, as they arise. We encourage you to raise these with your Fujitsu contact on a case-by-case basis.
Now, more than ever, we remain committed to supporting you and your employees during and beyond this crisis.
Your sincerely,
Tony O’Malley
