What is the Fujitsu Academy Internship Program

The Fujitsu Academy Program has been designed to give the Students and Graduates from the universities in the Lodz area the opportunity to walk their first steps in a business environment during a paid internship.

Duration of the Internship Program

The Program will kick off on 11th May 2015 and last 3 months. The best Interns will be offered a full-time job according to the business need, after the Manager’s thorough analysis of the Intern’s performance.


Become a Customer Service Intern (Service Desk)

During the Internship Program, the Customer Service Intern will learn the skills and knowledge necessary for providing the 1st line IT support for an external customer. The Program will prepare the Intern to the role of Service Desk Agent and further supporting positions.

The requirements for the position of Customer Service Intern are:
  • Advanced knowledge of one of the following languages: German, Dutch, Italian, French, Portuguese, Spanish (minimum B2 level)
  • Advanced knowledge of English (minimum B2/C1 level)
  • Availability to work flexible hours (minimum 20 hours per week)
  • Ability to work in a Team
  • Openness and willingness to learn new things

Become an Infrastructure Engineer Intern (RIM)

During the Internship Program, the Infrastructure Intern will learn the skills and knowledge necessary for providing the 3rd line Infrastructure for an global customers. The Program will prepare the Intern to the role of RIM Engineer in preferred area of expertise.

The requirements for the position of RIM Intern are:
  • Knowledge and drive to learn infrastructure technologies as described here
  • Advanced knowledge of English (minimum B2/C1 level)
  • Drive for success
  • Availability to work flexible hours (minimum 20 hours per week)
  • Ability to work in a Team
  • Openness and willingness to learn new things

Become an Accounting Intern (Shared Service Center)

The Accounting Intern will be able to apply the knowledge gained during the studies and courses in a real job within the departments of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger providing the accounting service for other Fujitsu entities in Europe. The Program will prepare the Intern to the role of Junior Accountant and further positions within the SSC.

The requirements for the position of Accounting Intern are:
  • Advanced knowledge of one of the following languages: German, Italian, French, Portuguese or Spanish (minimum B2 level)
  • Advanced knowledge of English (minimum B1 level)
  • Basics of accounting knowledge gained during studies (e.g. Finance and Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, etc.) or professional courses
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Availability to work in office hours (minimum 20 hours per week)
  • Ability to work in a Team
  • Openness and willingness to learn new things

Who can apply

  • Are you in the last year of relevant Bachelor’s degree studies or a Master’s degree Student at a university, technical university, college?
  • Are you an exchange Student willing to start your life and career in Lodz, Poland?
  • Or maybe you graduated from a university, technical university of college in the last 5 years?
  • Are you available to work full-time (40h/week) or rather part-time (minimum 20h/week)?
  • Do you speak fluent English (minimum B2/C1 level) and one of the following languages: German, Dutch, Italian, French, Portuguese or Spanish on an advanced level (minimum B2)?
