Fujitsu Services Sp. z o.o. will be opening in March 2009.
The Poland GDC, based in Łódź will serve as a key hub in Fujitsu’s Global Delivery Network.
The site will operate primarily as a service desk supporting our European and Global clients in the financial services, retail,
transport, manufacturing, telco, media, utilities and public sectors who have a need for highly skilled, informed and empowered
desk agents.
The Poland GDC has a capacity for 500 desk agents handling approximately 2,000,000 calls per annum, enabled by ITIL designed
processes, TRIOLE for Services and Sense and Respond® (our unique approach to lean services).

Our Location

Fujitsu Services offices are located in the heart of the city at Textorial Park, Building 3, Fabryczna 17, Łódź, capitalising
on excellent infrastructure and easily accessible local services.
This refurbished former textile mill, built by Karol Scheibler in the 19th Century, is located in Poland’s second largest
city – a vibrant city which is campaigning to be European Capital of Culture in 2016.
The new delivery centre will provide a cost-effective, high quality service desk with extensive multi-lingual capabilities.
