Support and Downloads

Fujitsu delivers a range of product support and maintenance services across New Zealand. We support products from vendors including Hewlett-Packard, Toshiba, IBM, Brother and Canon. Maintenance services include on-site, return-to-base and preventative maintenance.

Fujitsu provides technical support online for Fujitsu Scanners, Intel-Based Servers (PRIMERGY), Printers, and Displays. This support includes downloadable drivers, FAQs, specifications, jumper/switch settings, BIOS settings, manuals and warranty details.

For all support enquiries or warranty claims on Fujitsu products purchased through a dealer, please contact that dealer directly (see the Where to buy pages for contact details).

24-hours-a day, 7-days-a-week the Fujitsu Contact Centre can be phoned on 0800 803 333. The Fujitsu Contact Centre can assist with enquiries for Fujitsu computing products, telephone systems, hardware repair services, software support purchased directly from Fujitsu, and for products covered by a Fujitsu support contract.

Fujitsu New Zealand does not support Fujitsu branded non-computing consumer products such as car stereos, air conditioners and plasma screens. If you have a support enquiry or warranty claim on such a product we cannot help, and recommend you contact your reseller directly.
