Fujitsu delivers a range of product support and maintenance services across New Zealand. We support products from vendors including Hewlett-Packard, Toshiba, IBM, Brother and Canon. Maintenance services include on-site, return-to-base and preventative maintenance.
Fujitsu provides technical support online for Fujitsu printers, magneto-optical drives, scanners, monitors, hard disk drives, pen computers and keyboards. This support includes downloadable drivers, FAQs, specifications, jumper/switch settings, BIOS settings, manuals and warranty details.

The Fujitsu Contact Centre is the first point of contact for enquiries regarding Fujitsu computing products and telephone systems purchased directly from Fujitsu, and for products covered by a Fujitsu support contract. The Contact Centre provides Fujitsu customers with a 24-hours-a day, 7-days-a-week single point of contact for obtaining hardware repair services and software support. Fujitsu New Zealand does not support Fujitsu branded non-computing consumer products such as car stereos, air conditioners and plasma screens. If you have a support enquiry or warranty claim on such a product we cannot help, and recommend you contact your reseller directly.
