1962Fujitsu Laboratories is established through the merger of R&D sections previously managed by separate technical divisions
1968Fujitsu Laboratories Ltd. is spun off as a wholly owned subsidiary of Fujitsu Limited (Kawasaki, Japan)
1983Additional laboratories are completed in Atsugi, Japan
1993Fujitsu Laboratories of America, Inc. is established in Sunnyvale, California
1998Fujitsu Research and Development Center Co., Ltd. is established in Beijing, China
