Fujitsu Wins ITPSSC Contract with Canada Revenue Agency

Ottawa, ON, January 14, 2011

Fujitsu Canada is pleased to announce that the Canada Revenue Agency has selected our company as a preferred supplier for task-based services.

Through a Request for Proposal (RFP), whose purpose was to solicit bids from qualified IT Suppliers, Fujitsu Canada was awarded an Information Technology Professional Services Supply Chain (ITPSSC) contract on an “as, if, and when requested” basis. This type of contract guarantees a minimum amount of work to a contractor. The ITPSSC is divided into seven streams: Technical, Project Management and Development, IT Security, SAP/ERP, Action Request Systems, Administrative, and Telephony. Each stream has multiple categories of resources and categories can include up to three levels of experience.

Fujitsu was selected in the technical stream, which comprises of the following categories:

  • Citrix Support Specialist
  • Database Administrator
  • Information Technology Architect
  • Technical Analyst
  • Technical Writer
