When customers sign up for Self Service, the primary contact person at the customer site receives a welcome packet from our support desk. The welcome packet includes a User ID and Password for Self Service.
If customer organizations submit a second contact name, the secondary contact is also sent a welcome packet.
To receive a new password, contact Fujitsu's Network Operations Center at 1-888-257-9600. The administrator will verify your identity and reset your password.
The service department hours of operation are 7x24 including holidays.
