As CEO of Fujitsu’s Americas Region, Asif Poonja leads the management company of a group of Fujitsu-owned businesses operating in the region and dedicated to delivering Fujitsu digital technology solutions and services.
Asif is responsible for Fujitsu Americas’ strategy and direction for its Uvance portfolio of integrated offerings and solutions, including consulting, systems integration, managed services, cloud services, and core technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Networks, Data, Security and Converging Technologies. A highly respected and proven leader in the technology industry, Asif knows the power and potential of technology to create a more sustainable world.
He leads the Americas Region to innovate and leverage the power of Fujitsu’s collective global expertise and strategic partner alliances to digitally transform its customers’ businesses.

He holds a Bachelor of Math degree in Business and Information Systems from the University of Waterloo. He is a graduate of Fujitsu’s premier executive management training program, the Executive Global Knowledge Institute Advanced Program, and has received Fujitsu’s highest-level of accreditation for Incorporating Innovation, Design Thinking and Futurist Approaches to Business Success.

John Slaytor is Head of Strategy and Uvance for Fujitsu North America, Inc. with responsibility for strategy, business planning, offering governance and regional strategic alliances.
John has been with Fujitsu for 12 years and prior to assuming his current role spent one year as Head of Business Development & Enablement for North America and ten years in the Fujitsu Caribbean & Latin America business where he was responsible for Business Development & Strategy. His career prior to Fujitsu included roles in management consulting, business development, outsourcing and managed services.
John holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical and electronic engineering and is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering & Technology, one of the world's leading professional engineering institutions based in the UK.
Durga Kota is the Chief Technology Officer for the Americas region and is responsible for leading the strategies to translate Fujitsu technology innovation into differentiated and industry-ready solutions for the region's customers.
Throughout his 24-year career, Durga has held customer-facing, consultative solution-selling and technology leadership roles. His collaborative spirit and deep technical expertise enable him to build trust, work in true partnership with customers, and provide solution leadership that leverages advanced technologies to solve even the most complex challenges.
Durga holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), Delhi, and a B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, India.
Durga resides in the San Diego area with his family and likes to spend his free time trekking on one of the many trails in the area, or volunteering for the local food bank.
As Head of Customer Markets for Fujitsu’s North America Region, Graham Stringer is responsible for all sales in the region, which entails Fujitsu’s digital technology solutions and services. Leveraging Fujitsu’s collective global expertise and strategic partner alliances, his organization is positioned to enable digital transformation and business outcomes for its customers.
Graham brings 25+ years of experience in the IT industry and has worked in large global and matrixed companies, including DXC, Oracle, Software AG, IBM, and others, including a global start-up. From an industry perspective, he has managed teams across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America, supporting both private and public sector clients across all industry sectors.
Graham holds a Bachelor of Math, Computer Science major from the University of Waterloo. He also has completed management programs at Wharton and Queen’s University. Graham resides in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and spends his personal time with his wife and three sons. He is an accomplished triathlete, enjoys golf, and has a passion for philanthropic endeavors, including the Edmonton Food Bank and WIN House for women and children victims of family violence.
Satya Nanda is a Global Vice President and Head of Delivery at Fujitsu North America with responsibility for driving the strategy, execution and end-to-end delivery of the region’s digital consulting, systems integration and managed services business. The portfolio of digital solutions includes application modernization, enterprise applications, multi-cloud orchestration, supply chain transformation, hyper-automation, smart factory, service management, IoT, AI/Digital Annealer, biometrics, security and data privacy compliance.
Satya leads the organization’s purpose-driven efforts through the lens of Fujitsu Uvance, helping drive innovative technology solutions that address business challenges and solve societal issues. His commitment to fostering trust and collaboration powers his ability to leverage the global force that is Fujitsu, and delight clients by ensuring they are provided choice as well as flexibility and receive the highest quality solutions at the most efficient costs.
Satya possesses more than 25 years of experience across consulting & professional services, software development, strategy, product design, portfolio management and operations, and has led many transformation programs at Fortune 500 companies. He holds an MBA, a master’s degree in Computer Science, a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and several industry certifications.
Satya resides in Dallas with his family.
Tamara Keserovic is Head of Marketing for Fujitsu Americas where she is accountable for turning company strategies into marketing programs that enhance market reputation, expand customer relationships and drive incremental revenue.
Her scope of responsibilities includes the mid- and long-range strategic planning and execution of full marketing lifecycle including go-to-market strategy, industry marketing, demand generation, events, analysts & third-party advisors, customer marketing, corporate communications, client satisfaction & Net Promoter programs, market intelligence, operations & technology, bids & proposals, and more.
Tamara possesses a relentless focus on the customer and more than 32 years of marketing experience. Tamara graduated from the University of Toronto - Victoria University and currently resides in Toronto with her family.
Mervyn Eyre serves as head of Fujitsu’s operations in the Caribbean, where he is responsible for managing the strategic direction and general management of its business and assets in this region. He also heads the International Business Strategy Office (IBSO), a key Headquarters function responsible for enabling Fujitsu’s strategy in Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas.
For a two-year period (2017 – 2019) Mervyn served in an interim role as Head of Managed Infrastructure Services for the Americas, where he was instrumental in leading the successful transition and transformation, delivery management and strategic engagement for Fujitsu’s largest customers in North America.
Leveraging more than 25 years of experience in the global ICT industry, Mervyn has been instrumental in leading the introduction of managed and cloud-based digital services in the region, opening up new, agile, pay-as-you use consumption models to the enterprise and government. He is focused on driving growth and value from digital for Fujitsu and its clients, leveraging a human centric, co-creative approach that transforms business operations, the customer experience and employee experience.
Through Mervyn’s astute business planning, operational excellence and leadership of a diverse and talented team, Fujitsu has built trusted relationships with its customers, evidenced by a track record of success in the region. He is driven by a quest for continuous learning and a passion for technology innovation to enable Fujitsu’s purpose of driving sustainability transformation for both businesses and society.
As Head of Business Growth and Digital Transformation, Kenny is instrumental in managing expansion of the Americas region and transforming our business leveraging technology.
Kenny came to FNAI from the global organization, where he most recently served as Chief of Staff to the CEO. He joined Fujitsu in 2000, and through the years, he has ascended the ranks, playing a critical role and contributing to a range of strategic business development initiatives for the company. From his work as an Account Executive in global sales, followed by a management position in the Strategic Accounts department, to then overseeing Fujitsu sales to multinational institutions, Kenny has the expertise needed to seamlessly and successfully execute Fujitsu’s goals and strategies while driving Fujitsu Uvance in the region.
Kenny holds a bachelor's degree in Business and Commerce from Keio University in Japan.
Takeshi Kurita is the Chief Financial Officer for the Americas Region with overall responsibility for the region's finance, accounting and facilities management. This includes the strategic formulation, review and approval of financial budgets and long-term plans, as well as ensuring the control of revenues, expenses, debt and cash management.
Kurita-san brings more than 30 years of experience and a rich background having served in a variety of financial roles throughout his career. Prior to assuming this role in 2020, Kurita-san served as VP Finance for Fujitsu North America, Inc. for two years, immediately following two years as Senior Director for Fujitsu Limited. Prior to joining Fujitsu, Kurita-san worked at Mizuho Bank, where he was primarily involved in various financing businesses in and outside of Japan.
Kurita-san holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Keio Gijuku University in Tokyo, Japan, and currently resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Susan Danko is Head of Human Resources, Fujitsu Americas. She joined Fujitsu in 1992. During her tenure at the company, she has occupied positions of increasing responsibility in human resources including staffing manager, HR business partner, director of human resources, head of human resources for FNC and head of the Human Resource Business Partners for the Americas Region.
Prior to Fujitsu, Susan worked as a branch manager and senior recruiter in the recruiting agency industry. She is very active in support of various community causes such as the Seven Loaves food pantry, to which Fujitsu is a regular donor, and the Richardson ISD Excellence in Education Foundation, of which she served as a board member. She is also a member of Alpha Omicron Pi fraternity where she served on the executive board for 18 years and is a past international president.
Susan holds a BS in business from Purdue University, and a Professional HR (PHR) certification.
Dan Braun is the Chief Legal Officer of Fujitsu North America, Inc. with overall responsibility for the region’s legal affairs and legal issues related to the company and its subsidiaries.
Dan has been with Fujitsu for more than 25 years, providing legal support for various Fujitsu products and services subsidiaries headquartered in North America. Prior to the formation of Fujitsu North America, Inc., Dan has served as general counsel for Fujitsu Consulting, Inc. and Chief Legal Officer of Fujitsu America, Inc. Before joining Fujitsu, Dan practiced Corporate Law at law firms in the New York metropolitan area.
Dan received his J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Rutgers College.
Jay Warsaw is Chief Information Officer for Fujitsu Americas, responsible for establishing IT strategy and executing the delivery of high quality, cost-effective IT services to Fujitsu subsidiaries in the Americas region. As a shared services provider, the Americas Digital Systems Platform Unit delivers Hybrid Infrastructure Operations, End User Computing/Mobility, Enterprise Applications, Electronic Business Solutions and Cyber Security from a diverse, global workforce with team members in the United States, Canada, Costa Rica, India and the Philippines.
Prior to joining Fujitsu Jay held multiple sales and marketing roles in the Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) industry for products and services from Nortel, IBM and Apple and developed a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
In his role as CIO Americas, he represents the unique needs of the region as a member of the Fujitsu Global CIO Board and ensures alignment with global standards, programs and initiatives. As a trusted advisor to the regional business leadership, Jay delivers technology solutions that solve business challenges and provide the foundation for the digital transformation of Fujitsu Americas.
Brian Hintze is the Chief Information Security Officer for Fujitsu Americas, responsible for setting the information security strategy and ensuring its implementation and execution. He and his team work closely with Fujitsu’s global information security office to align with Fujitsu Limited’s security strategy, and partner with local teams to regionalize the specifics of implementation.
Prior to joining Fujitsu, Brian worked as a developer and project manager at a large insurance company in Omaha, NE. Brian has held a number of roles at Fujitsu over the past 20+ years, covering development and system implementation and maintenance. In 2016, he joined the regional cyber security team, and was appointed as the Americas region CISO in 2020.
Brian has an undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado, and an MBA from the University of Nebraska.
Hieu Do-Pilon is Chief of Staff for Fujitsu Americas, where she is focused on supporting the region’s corporate strategies and driving the execution of its key priorities. She collaborates across all Fujitsu Americas teams and works closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
Her diverse experience spans across the IT services enterprise, and greatly serves to drive the success of Fujitsu Americas and its customers. Hieu joined Fujitsu in 2019 and has held the position of Head of Business Operations for Application Services, Delivery, and Customer Markets. Prior to joining Fujitsu, she has held positions in Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Operations for Global IT industry leaders.
Hieu holds a University Honors degree with a Double Major in International Business & Marketing
