Fujitsu America, Inc.

Mikito “Mike” Kiname is president and CEO of Fujitsu America, Inc., the management company of a group of Fujitsu-owned businesses operating in North, Central and South America dedicated to delivering Fujitsu products, solutions and services in ICT to clients in the Western Hemisphere. He has responsibility for the company’s regional strategy and direction for the Fujitsu portfolio of business and technology consulting services, digital solutions, computing platforms and industry solutions. Mike reports to Hidehiro Tsukano, head of the Americas region, Chairman of the Board and president and CEO of Fujitsu North America Holdings, Inc. and Chairman of the Board of Fujitsu America, Inc.

Prior to taking on this role in November of 2018, Mike was president and CEO of Fujitsu Network Communications, where he led the company’s Optical and Wireless Network products and service solutions business. Previous to taking on this role, he served as head of Global Marketing for Fujitsu Limited.

Kiname-san joined Fujitsu Limited in 1981 and has served in a wide variety of leadership roles during the course of his career. He has spent more than 10 years in Texas to fulfill these roles, and also held several other global leadership positions including vice president of the Europe Division in the Fujitsu Global Business Group, and CEO of Fujitsu India Private Limited.

Mike will continue to reside in Texas. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from Waseda University in Shinjuku, Japan.

Mervyn Eyre

Mervyn Eyre serves as head of Fujitsu Caribbean and Mexico, where he is responsible for managing the strategic direction and general management of Fujitsu operations and assets in this region. Leveraging more than 25 years of experience in the global ICT industry, Mervyn has been instrumental in leading the introduction of managed and cloud-based digital services in the region, opening up new, agile, pay-as-you use consumption models to Caribbean governments and enterprises. He is driving the company’s continued growth to become the region’s leading IT services company and provider of digital business solutions.

In addition to his regional responsibilities, Mervyn recently served in an interim role as Head of Managed Infrastructure Services for the Americas, where he was instrumental in leading the successful transition and transformation, delivery management and strategic engagement for Fujitsu’s largest customers in North America. Subsequent to this role, he was appointed to lead the strategic partner alliance and enhancements with Microsoft Azure in support of Fujitsu’s multi-cloud strategy in the Americas region.

Through Mervyn’s astute business planning, operational excellence and steadfast commitment to employees and customers, Fujitsu Caribbean and Mexico has experienced year on year growth and profitability and is a recognized, trusted leader in digital services, IT consulting, systems integration and the management of IT operations.

Dixie Erwin

Dixie Erwin is head of Digital Technology Services at Fujitsu Americas with overall responsibility for the strategy, execution and end-to-end management of the region’s industry-led, digital consulting and professional services business. This includes enterprise application and transformation services, software-as-a-service, Hybrid IT and digital workplace services.

Dixie has more than 25 years of consulting experience in IT strategy, systems and technology, and complex program delivery. She’s held a number of senior leadership roles throughout her career and is adept at working alongside clients to drive technology strategies that align to their business objectives and key industry and marketplace opportunities. She specializes in the design and execution of complex programs that require multi-national management and coordination, and she has successfully led a number of these engagements for several large global companies.

Dixie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with an Honors distinction in English Literature from California State University, Chico, as well as a Master of Management degree in Business Strategy and Marketing from Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Dixie currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Chicago Youth Centers, the Board of Trustees for the Hinsdale Community House, and the Board of Directors for the International Women’s Forum, Chicago.

She lives in the Chicago area with her husband Rick and their four children.

Heather Engen

Heather Engen is Head of Platform Products Group for Fujitsu Americas, where she is responsible for the company’s mobile and enterprise products business including the development of region’s go-to-market strategy and sales, its value proposition as well as identifying Fujitsu target markets and executing the company’s vision and strategy in the region.

Heather’s brings a wealth of experience to Fujitsu, including worldwide product management of a desktop product line. She has also lead a Services/Marketing and Sales division in North America and has held responsibilities in marketing, sales enablement, pre-sales technical support, solution architecture and sales operations.

She is a graduate of the University of South Dakota and earned her MBA in business from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. She currently resides in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina.

Viren Agrawal

Viren Agrawal is Head of Services Sales for Fujitsu Americas. In this role, Viren leads sales for Digital Services and Incubation, Business and Application Services, Managed Infrastructure Services, and Enterprise and Cyber Security businesses. He also oversees specialized sales teams including industry experts, sales for Japanese Originated Companies (JOC) and pre-sales engineers.

Viren brings more than 20 years of experience in IT Services, primarily in Sales and leadership roles, having led regional and offering Sales teams in Asia, Europe and Americas. Prior to his appointment in 2017, Viren served as head of Managed Infrastructure Services for Americas, where he oversaw the successful transition and transformation, delivery management and strategic engagement for many of Fujitsu’s largest customers in the region.

Viren received his bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s degree in planning from Indian Institute of Technology. He received his Master of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business, SMU at Dallas.

Hideya Sugishima

Hideya Sugishima is Head of Sales for Japanese Originated Companies (JOC). In this role, he and his team are responsible for all sales activities for JOC customers operating in the Americas region.

Prior to taking on this role in 2014, Sugishima-san was responsible for sales to JOC customers in the automotive industry in the Americas, a role he took on in 2010. Prior to this, he worked in the Japan Sales, Manufacturing and Distribution Industry Sales Group, where he developed global strategy for automotive industry and directed global business development, sales and marketing activities.

Sugishima-san has been with Fujitsu for more than 30 years primarily in Sales, Strategy and Marketing roles in Japan and the US. He is based in New York City.

Cory Jones

Cory Jones

Fujitsu Americas

Cory Jones is Head of Marketing for Fujitsu Americas, where he is responsible for executing the global marketing strategy, regionalizing programs, as appropriate, and delivering marketing programs focused on generating demand for the Fujitsu portfolio. This includes the full marketing lifecycle including go-to-market strategy, launch plans for key offerings, sales enablement tools and demand generation campaigns, all of which are underpinned by demand center marketing capabilities and analytics to optimize social, web and digital marketing performance. He also oversees analyst and third party advisor research, market and competitor intelligence, and customer references to equip sales with additional data and proof points and evolve marketing programs and offerings.

With more than 20 years of traditional, digital marketing and demand generation experience, Cory has led large, global teams primarily in ICT and has been responsible for customer acquisition, win-back and retention, and brand marketing. He is also experienced at marketing automation, building commercial demand centers and integrating web and CRM platforms.

Cory graduated from Texas Tech University and currently resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with his family.

Dan Braun

Dan Braun is chief legal officer of Fujitsu Americas with overall responsibility for the region’s legal affairs and legal issues related to the company and its subsidiaries.

Dan has been with Fujitsu for more than 19 years, having previously provided legal support for the consulting and infrastructure services business units. Prior to the formation of Fujitsu Americas, Dan served as general counsel for Fujitsu Consulting, Inc. Before joining Fujitsu, Dan practiced Corporate Law at law firms in the New York metropolitan area.

Dan received his J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Rutgers College.

Jeff Meier

Jeff Meier is Chief Information Officer for Fujitsu Americas and is responsible for the Information Technology Group for Fujitsu subsidiaries in the Americas region, covering Operations, Enterprise Applications, Electronic Business Solutions and Cyber Security for Information, Communications and Technology (ICT).

Jeff also serves as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the region, working closely with the Fujitsu Global CISO organization to manage the company’s internal cyber-security program.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He completed post-graduate work at Kent State University in Kent, Ohio, and Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina.

Susan Danko

Susan Danko

Susan Danko is Head of Human Resources, Fujitsu Americas. She joined Fujitsu in 1992. During her tenure at the company, she has occupied positions of increasing responsibility in human resources including staffing manager, HR business partner, director of human resources, VP and SVP human resources.

Prior to Fujitsu, Susan worked as a branch manager and senior recruiter in the recruiting agency industry. She is very active in support of various community causes such as the Seven Loaves food pantry, to which Fujitsu is a regular donor, and the Richardson ISD Excellence in Education Foundation, of which she is a board member. She is also an executive board member and past international president of the Alpha Omicron Pi fraternity.

Susan holds a BS in business from Purdue University, and a Professional HR (PHR) certification.

Rick Fiechtner

Rick Fiechtner is Chief Financial Officer for the Fujitsu Americas Region.

Rick began his career as a financial analyst with Burroughs Corporation in 1978. When Fujitsu acquired the Burroughs facsimile business in 1986, Rick became the Controller of Fujitsu Imaging Solutions of America, Inc. He transferred to the computer products group of Fujitsu America, where he assumed responsibility for financial planning and IT. Rick transferred to Fujitsu Network Communications in 1990, as director of accounting with primary responsibility for all accounting and finance operations. He was promoted to vice president of accounting and finance in 1998, to senior vice president of accounting and finance in January 2009, then to chief financial officer in 2012.

Rick graduated in 1976 from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah, with Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He received an MBA from the University Of Illinois in 1978.
