Duncan Tait

Duncan Tait
Director and Corporate Executive Officer, Executive Vice President and Head of Americas and EMEIA

Duncan Tait is the Director and Corporate Executive Officer, EVP and head of Americas, Europe, Middle East, India and Africa at Fujitsu and is responsible for approximately 40,000 people.

Duncan has more than 27 years’ experience in the ICT industry. During this time, he has led businesses across the broad spectrum of technology and services, in the UK and internationally. His deep business and industry knowledge and global perspective are critical assets that enable Fujitsu to achieve its mission: to use technology to improve global business and society.

Duncan joined Fujitsu in 2009 to run the Private Sector organization within UK & Ireland, and grew that business by 55 percent before being promoted to Chief Executive of Fujitsu UK and Ireland region and Chairman of Fujitsu Telecommunications Europe Limited (FTEL). He enjoys building high performance teams and has a passion for inspiring people to achieve the company’s strategy.

Duncan is a member of the Prince’s Trust Technology Leaders’ Board, non-executive director of Business in The Community, board member of e-skills and a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Gavin Bounds

Gavin Bounds
Chief Operating Officer of Fujitsu Americas and EMEIA

Gavin Bounds is Chief Operating Officer for Fujitsu Americas and also serves as Chief Operating Officer of Fujitsu Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA). Reporting to Duncan Tait, Director and Corporate Executive Officer, Executive Vice President and Head of Fujitsu Americas and Fujitsu EMEIA, Gavin is responsible for the overall financial performance as well as the day-to-day operations in the Americas including the short, mid and long-term strategic plans, transformation programs, responsible business programs including diversity and inclusion, employee wellbeing, environment and sustainability, community outreach and operating practices, as well as fostering global integration and collaboration and facilitating cross-border sales and delivery initiatives.

Gavin brings a wealth of experience to this role, having spent more than 30 years in the technology and aviation sectors, leading the sales, design, build and implementation of numerous infrastructure and technology businesses and projects. He has advised foreign governments on legal and regulatory compliance and on institutional change. He has worked in more than 30 countries, enabling him to appreciate the complexities of globalization.

Gavin was recognized by His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales as the 2015 Prince’s Ambassador in London as part of the London Responsible Business Awards. He was selected as an inspirational business figure representing the responsible business movement and inspiring others to take action to address key issues.

Angeles Delgado

Angeles Delgado
Head of Latin America
Fujitsu Americas

Angeles Delgado is head of Latin America overseeing all business activities in the Americas region including Mexico and Brazil. Angeles also heads the Iberia region for Fujitsu Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA), strengthening the alignment to serve global customers headquartered in these geographies.

Angeles has held various leadership roles and responsibilities at Fujitsu including sales leadership for major accounts and medium enterprise sales, with an increased focus on industry specialization. She has extensive experience and a deep knowledge of the technology market, where she developed her professional career. Prior to joining Fujitsu, Angeles held various positions in several companies, including Bull, Steria and Digital - Compaq.

Angeles is a well-known and highly respected personality in the Iberian market, frequent speaker at executive and economic circles, and a member of the board of Circulo de Empresarios (the most important Think tank in Spain) and CEDE (Confederación Española de Directivos y Ejecutivos), and on the advisory board of Ametic, an IT trade association. She also holds a seat in the advisory council of ESADE, a leading Business School in Executive Education and is a member of the board of Fujitsu Laboratories of Europe.

Angeles has a degree in economics from the Complutense University of Madrid and an MBA from IESE.

Mervyn Eyre

Mervyn Eyre
President and CEO, Caribbean
Fujitsu Americas

Mervyn Eyre serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Fujitsu Caribbean, where he is responsible for managing the strategic direction and general management of Fujitsu operations and assets in this region.

Mervyn has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry and is responsible for the leadership and general management of Fujitsu operations across the Caribbean, including facilities located in Jamaica, Barbados, Bahamas and Trinidad. He is driving the company’s continued growth to become the region’s leading IT services company and provider of digital business solutions. His responsibilities also include the direction and oversight of regional go-to-market strategies and the build-out of the service delivery assets and capabilities of Fujitsu.

Through Mervyn’s business planning and operations strategy over the years, Fujitsu in the Caribbean has experienced year on year growth and profitability and has positioned itself as a recognized leader in IT consulting, solutions integration and the management of its customers IT operations.

Kuniyuki Suzuki

Kuniyuki Suzuki
President Director and Chief Executive Officer of Fujitsu Brazil

Since 2015, Kuniyuki Suzuki has been the President Director and Chief Executive Officer of Fujitsu do Brasil, where he oversees approximately 350 employees in Brazil as well as three additional Fujitsu operations in South America including Argentina, Chile and Colombia, where he is responsible for all solutions delivered by Brazil including Platform Products, Service Business, Scanners and Security Products, like PalmSecure, which became a standard biometrics in the Brazilian Market.

Mr. Suzuki began his career at Fujitsu in 1992 in the International Sales Group in Japan. He has worked internationally for many years, including Spain, supporting Fujitsu Spain Business, as well as Fujitsu Australia from 1998-2004 as Business Assurance Manager. After returning to Japan for a brief period, in 2006 Mr. Suzuki was assigned to Fujitsu do Brasil as Marketing Director, and after many years of demonstrated success, he was named President Director and CEO. His deep knowledge and experience in international markets and Latin American countries give Mr. Suzuki a differentiated vision about business that is uniquely and truly global.

Jason Bradlee

Jason Bradlee is executive vice president and head of Security for Fujitsu Americas. In this role, Jason leads the Americas Security business, where he manages the strategy and direction of the business as well as develops the offering portfolio including the breadth of our managed security services. In addition, Jason and his team also support our large outsourcing engagements with Information Security Outsourcing dedicated to key accounts, interacting with internal and external senior executives on security-related matters including audit and compliance activities. He sets the overall direction for cyber security for the Americas business and ensures alignment with Fujitsu globally as well as market expectations, regulatory requirements and other internal controls.

Jason has a rich background in the industry with deep security, consulting, system integration and outsourcing experience. Previously, Jason was vice president at Ericsson where he led the Consulting and Systems Integration Networks and Cloud business for North America, where he built a portfolio of solution offerings focused on cloud, security, networks, infrastructure, data center and application modernization. He also served for many years as an industry sales leader at HP responsible for outsourcing, managed and professional services including security, infrastructure technology, data analytics, enterprise applications, business processes and unified communications. His experience with clients, and with his vast knowledge of the latest digital technology and security trends, help clients understand and navigate evolving security challenges facing the enterprise today and enable them to harness digital transformation as a critical driver of success.

Jason earned a bachelor of science in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and completed an executive program in global business sponsored by AT&T with Penn State University.

Heather Engen

Fujitsu Americas

Heather Engen is Head of Platform Products Group for Fujitsu Americas, where she is responsible for the company’s mobile and enterprise products business including the development of region’s go-to-market strategy and sales, its value proposition as well as identifying Fujitsu target markets and executing the company’s vision and strategy in the region.

Heather’s brings a wealth of experience to Fujitsu, including worldwide product management of a desktop product line. She has also lead a Services/Marketing and Sales division in North America and has held responsibilities in marketing, sales enablement, pre-sales technical support, solution architecture and sales operations.

She is a graduate of the University of South Dakota and earned her MBA in business from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. She currently resides in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina.

Kazuhiko Endo

Kazuhiko Endo is Chief Product Officer of Fujitsu Americas, where he brings his deep knowledge and experience in enterprise products to the Engineering and Product Related Services (PRS) areas. In his role, Endo-san focuses on the development of the Global Engineering Support roadmap and developing new, cutting-edge products leveraging the Fujitsu global portfolio, experts from our Platform Products Group (PPG) engineers, and the many advantages offered by the company’s location in Silicon Valley.

In addition, Endo-san works with Heather Engen to drive the PPG growth strategy and related plans and helps the region make important connections throughout Japan to build strong collaborative relationships required for success.

Endo-san is based out of Sunnyvale, CA.

Viren Agrawal

Viren Agrawal is Head of Services Sales for Fujitsu Americas. In this role, Viren leads sales for Digital Services and Incubation, Business and Application Services, Managed Infrastructure Services, and Enterprise and Cyber Security businesses. He also oversees specialized sales teams including industry experts, sales for Japanese Originated Companies (JOC) and pre-sales engineers.

Viren brings more than 20 years of experience in IT Services, primarily in Sales and leadership roles, having led regional and offering Sales teams in Asia, Europe and Americas. Prior to his appointment in 2017, Viren served as head of Managed Infrastructure Services for Americas, where he oversaw the successful transition and transformation, delivery management and strategic engagement for many of Fujitsu’s largest customers in the region.

Viren received his bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s degree in planning from Indian Institute of Technology. He received his Master of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business, SMU at Dallas.

Hideya Sugishima

Hideya Sugishima is Head of Sales for Japanese Originated Companies (JOC). In this role, he and his team are responsible for all sales activities for JOC customers operating in the Americas region.

Prior to taking on this role in 2014, Sugishima-san was responsible for sales to JOC customers in the automotive industry in the Americas, a role he took on in 2010. Prior to this, he worked in the Japan Sales, Manufacturing and Distribution Industry Sales Group, where he developed global strategy for automotive industry and directed global business development, sales and marketing activities.

Sugishima-san has been with Fujitsu for more than 30 years primarily in Sales, Strategy and Marketing roles in Japan and the US. He is based in New York City.

Cory Jones

Cory Jones

Cory Jones is Head of Marketing for Fujitsu Americas, where he is responsible for executing the global marketing strategy, regionalizing programs, as appropriate, and delivering marketing programs focused on generating demand for the Fujitsu portfolio. This includes the full marketing lifecycle including go-to-market strategy, launch plans for key offerings, sales enablement tools and demand generation campaigns, all of which are underpinned by demand center marketing capabilities and analytics to optimize social, web and digital marketing performance. He also oversees analyst and third party advisor research, market and competitor intelligence, and customer references to equip sales with additional data and proof points and evolve marketing programs and offerings.

With more than 20 years of traditional, digital marketing and demand generation experience, Cory has led large, global teams primarily in ICT and has been responsible for customer acquisition, win-back and retention, and brand marketing. He is also experienced at marketing automation, building commercial demand centers and integrating web and CRM platforms.

Cory graduated from Texas Tech University and currently resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with his family.

Tammy Kaiser

Tammy Kaiser is head of Human Resources for Fujitsu Americas. Her responsibilities include overseeing all Human Resources disciplines and ensuring governance and compliance across all aspects of HR including leadership and direction for reward, talent management, talent acquisition, learning and development, HRIS and employee relations. She also is leading the integration of Fujitsu HR functions across the Americas and is chief liaison for all HR business partners.

Before joining Fujitsu in 2014, initially as head of Reward for Fujitsu Americas, Tammy was the North America HR Business Partner Leader for Genpact LLC in Danbury, Connecticut, where she collaborated with the executive team to align HR and business strategies, supporting 3,000 employees in North America. Previously at Genpact, Tammy was the North America Compensation and Benefits Leader, where she lead the redesign of the Global Sales Incentive Plan, significantly increasing the company’s sales results. Prior to Genpact, Tammy was Vice President at Forester Capital in charge of all human resources, administration and information technology functions.

Tammy has a master’s degree in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Merchandising, from the University of Delaware.

Ryo Nagano

Ryo Nagano is chief financial officer of Fujitsu Americas with responsibility for the company's financial processes and reporting including the mid-term plan, annual budget, monthly performance review and report, cash management, and structural re-alignment.

Nagano-san joined Fujitsu Limited in 1985 and, over the course of his career at Fujitsu, has been in charge of various business management and support functions for Japan and regions outside Japan including Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the US in disciplines including Corporate and Global Strategy, Internal Control and Governance, M&A, Investor Relations including PR, Internal Audit and Risk Management, and Legal and Commercial. He is a non-executive board member of Fujitsu do Brasil Ltda., and previously served as a non-executive board member of Fujitsu Asia Pte. Ltd and Fujitsu Korea Ltd and was also an executive board member of Fujitsu Australia.

Nagano-san graduated from Kyoto University in Japan with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and received his MBA from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He lives with his wife and has two sons, and splits his time between Japan and Richardson, TX.

Dan Braun

Dan Braun is chief legal officer of Fujitsu Americas with overall responsibility for the region’s legal affairs and legal issues related to the company and its subsidiaries.

Dan has been with Fujitsu for more than 19 years, having previously provided legal support for the consulting and infrastructure services business units. Prior to the formation of Fujitsu Americas, Dan served as general counsel for Fujitsu Consulting, Inc. Before joining Fujitsu, Dan practiced Corporate Law at law firms in the New York metropolitan area.

Dan received his J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Rutgers College.

Jeff Meier

Jeff Meier
Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer
Fujitsu Americas

Jeff Meier is Chief Information Officer for Fujitsu Americas and is responsible for the Information Technology Group for Fujitsu subsidiaries in the Americas region, covering Operations, Enterprise Applications, Electronic Business Solutions and Cyber Security for Information, Communications and Technology (ICT).

Jeff also serves as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the region, working closely with the Fujitsu Global CISO organization to manage the company’s internal cyber-security program.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He completed post-graduate work at Kent State University in Kent, Ohio, and Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina.

Liz Parnell

Liz Parnell is Head of Business Integration responsible for new business start-up and business integration- from opportunity identification, research, and establishing key performance indicators through to launching and assimilating new businesses. In addition, Liz is responsible for ongoing business performance and program oversight, working to identify gaps, risks and challenges throughout the business and establishing cross-functional remediation plans to ensure achievement of stated objectives.

Prior to this role, Liz led the PMO and Professional Services team in Managed Infrastructure Services, during which time she managed the largest clients in the Americas region across a complex, matrixed environment. She has also played a key role in the launch of several new and successful businesses in the Americas including Enterprise and Cyber Security, Fujitsu Defense and National Security, and GlobeRanger.

With more than 20 years in IT, Liz has global experience leading Infrastructure, Application and Data Warehousing teams, and driving organizational evolution through methodologies such as Lean, Agile at enterprise scale, and right-sourcing. She is passionate about corporate social responsibility and serves as chair of Americas’ Diversity and Inclusion Council.

Liz attended the State University of New York at Buffalo where she studied Political Science. She resides in Dallas with her husband and three sons.
