Audit Management Officer

The successful candidate will perform audits and assessments of performance against committed KPIs, penalties and processes for internal and external customers, reporting to managers and team leads for internal performance improvement and to action as applicable. This position reports to the Manger, Compliance and Service Integration.

Change Management Analyst

The successful candidate will perform impact assessment, risk analysis, and ensure that implementation plans and test plans for change orders submitted by Fujitsu’s Infrastructure Services customers are provided and reasonably detailed. The selected individual also ensures appropriate approvals are received during the Change Management Cycle. The role is also responsible for ensuring that the Configuration Management library is kept current as a result of managed changes. This position reports to the Team Leader.

Proactive Support Analyst

The successful candidate will serve as a member of the Proactive Support Services (PSS) Team providing monitoring and response capability to alerts received from software tools into service/helpdesk tools and ensuring that all incidents are recorded and resolved within customer SLAs.

Remote Support Analyst - Contract Position

The successful candidate will troubleshoot and diagnose customer related incidents and bring these to resolution. Some functions may include but not limited to the design, integration, testing, implementation, development and maintenance of these systems and solutions. This is a contract position for the period of one (1) year.

Remote Support Analyst, Permanent Position

The successful candidate will troubleshoot and diagnose customer related incidents and bring these to resolution. Some functions may include but not limited to the design, integration, testing, implementation, development and maintenance of these systems and solutions.

Remote Support Engineer

The successful candidate will troubleshoot and diagnose customer related incidents and bring these to resolution. Some functions may include but not limited to the design, integration, testing, implementation, development and maintenance of these systems and solutions.

Senior Support Engineer

The successful candidate will provide subject matter expertise in specific technology areas, project leadership and contribute to IT service delivery. Some functions may include but not limited to the design, integration, testing, implementation, development and maintenance of these systems and solutions.

Team Leader, Proactive Support Services

The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for the real-time monitoring of customer environments supported under managed service contracts. The selected individual ensures the proactive identification and alerting of issues in a consistent manner, collaborating with other teams and customers. The candidate will be responsible for addressing employee issues and ensure adherence to established procedures to support efficient and effective service delivery.

Team Leader, Reactive Management Services

The successful candidate will lead a team of engineering resources to support the delivery of remote IT management services. The selected individual will be intimately familiar with the design and operations of customer environments and respond to customer-facing engagements. Through strong leadership the candidate will provide planning and guidance in the best practices of IT service delivery.
