FRAM – Fujitsu offers FRAM (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory), which is non-volatile but operates in other respects as RAM. Compared to other types of non-volatile memory such as EEPROM or Flash, FRAM features fast write and high write endurance, as well as low power consumption.
