Fujitsu offers Fast Cycle RAM (FCRAM) that features a RAM core architecture and high-speed performance with low power consumption.
The Fujitsu line-up of application-specific memory products include:
- The Fujitsu Consumer FCRAM family, featuring a low power SDRAM interface, suited for digital consumer electronics and embedded devices.
- The Fujitsu Mobile FCRAM family, featuring a pseudo SRAM interface, suited for mobile handsets.
- The Fujitsu Extended Temp. FCRAM operates at 125°C and can be integrated with an SoC in a single SIP package.
