Fujitsu Oceania Graduate Program

The Fujitsu Oceania Graduate Program is well recognised across the entire company with support from the Executive Leadership Team. The Graduate Program was initiated in 2010 to enable Fujitsu to invest in developing the next generation of Australia and New Zealand’s talented professionals who work synergistically across the business.

The program holds a great reputation, with graduates from previous years achieving success securing multi-million dollar deals, and securing opportunities to move work internationally within the Fujitsu group.

Fujitsu: A place to develop

We don’t expect Graduates to have all the answers up front. Fujitsu offers a structured program, supporting graduates to develop the necessary skills required for a successful career in business. Over the course of 12 months, Graduates:

  • Gain an understanding of the way in which Fujitsu works, both in terms of business structure and company culture
  • Build a solid foundation of skills, knowledge and experience as they start their careers; and
  • Graduates are positioned to achieve their full potential in the business with the support of Managers and Mentors within the business.

To accomplish this, Graduates undertake a comprehensive streamlined development program using a combination of practical exercises, external speakers and on the job experience.

Fujitsu Talent Programs

At Fujitsu we have a number of Talent Programs and processes aimed at identifying, developing and building communities of our key talent within the business. High performing and high potential employees are identified via the Fujitsu Annual Talent Review and selected for both global and local programs, where Fujitsu places an emphasis on fostering the next generation of people leaders and technical talent in order to support and position our staff to grow and deliver to their full potential.

The key talent programs involve vibrant and well-connected communities across Oceania. Generally running over the course of 12 months, participants engage in various learning and networking activities, including structured online and face to face learning, webinars and mentoring. The programs are designed to:

  • Equip the next generation of people and technical leaders with a variety of tools, resources and knowledge
  • Provide opportunities for our people and technical leaders to grow and develop
  • Establish a network of mentors and encourage our key talent to act as role models to others in the business; and
  • Build communities and broader networks across Fujitsu.
