Important Notice - May 2022
  • Fujitsu North America, Inc., successor in interest to Fujitsu America, Inc. as of April 1, 2022, (“Fujitsu”) and AVT Technology Solutions LLC, a division of Tech Data Synnex (“Tech Data”), recently entered into an agreement for the outsourcing and transition of the following Fujitsu equipment maintenance and support services:

    • CELSIUS®
    • ESPRIMO®
    • ETERNUS®
    • FUTRO®
    • LIFEBOOK®
    • PRIMEFLEX®
    • PRIMEQUEST®
    • PRIMERGY®
    • STYLISTIC®

  • If your organization currently contracts with Fujitsu for maintenance or support services in connection with these products, please be advised that Fujitsu assigns to Tech Data, and Tech Data assumes from Fujitsu, all of Fujitsu’s right, title and interest to such service contracts, in entirety, including liabilities arising under those contracts, effective from and after June 1, 2022.

    The business relationship and services with Tech Data (as assignee of Fujitsu) will continue pursuant to the terms of your contract and all of Fujitsu’s obligations and responsibilities under the contract will cease immediately on June 1, 2022.
