(“Fujitsu”) has entered an agreement with Tech Data Global Lifecycle Management (GLM) to outsource Fujitsu’s Product Related Services (PRS) business in the United States and Canada to GLM. The Fujitsu PRS team members joined the GLM field services organization on March 13, 2021.

    To the extent required under any applicable contracts, this letter will serve as legal notice to you of this change. There is no action required from you.

    We value your business and partnership. You can expect no change to your points of contact, customer experience, systems, processes, technology, business operations, or level of service. All Fujitsu warranty and support terms and conditions remain intact.
