Windows® 10 October 2022 Update (Version 22H2)
Limitations
After upgrading to Windows 10 22H2, you may not be able to connect to the internet or network from your mobile network. |
Detail & Recovery |
Please uninstall the virtual COM port driver.
By uninstalling the driver, the OS will automatically assign a COM port to the free COM port number when re-pairing after updating Windows 10.
Then install the necessary drivers according to your device's manual.
If Windows 10 is updated without uninstalling the virtual COM port driver, uninstall "Sierra Wireless Fujitsu Mobile Broadband Driver Package" from "Apps and Features" after updating Windows 10.
Internet connection and network connection will be available after restart.
After that, use a connectable network to download and install the driver for the target device from the "Driver Download" page.
