"Some installers for Bluetooth-connected printers and scanners have been confirmed to have issues affecting internet and network connections from mobile networks. Please uninstall the virtual COM port driver before updating Windows 10/Windows 11.
By uninstalling the driver, the OS will automatically assign a COM port to a free COM port number when re-pairing after updating Windows 10/Windows 11. Then install the necessary drivers according to your device's manual.
If you updated Windows 10/Windows 11 without uninstalling the virtual COM port driver, uninstall ""Sierra Wireless Fujitsu Mobile Broadband Driver Package"" from ""Apps and Features"" after updating Windows 10/Windows 11. Internet connection and network connection will be available after restart.
After that, use a connectable network, and download and install the driver for the target device.
