What is the Fujitsu Technical Review?

The Fujitsu Technical Review is online serial publication launched in spring 2020. (ISSN 2435-6662 for Special Feature Issues)

It presents Fujitsu’s products, services, and solutions that contribute to solving social issues in detail from a technical perspective. The publication is intended to deliver information to as many people as possible through technical explanations and round table discussions in addition to technical papers.

This site is the successor to the English-language technical publication FUJITSU SCIENTIFIC & TECHNICAL JOURNAL (FSTJ).

History

A history of Fujitsu’s technical publications up until the launch of the Fujitsu Technical Review is as follows.

1950

First issue of FUJI, launched as a technical information magazine in Japanese by Fuji Tsushinki Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the predecessor to Fujitsu

1963

FUJI renamed FUJITSU

1965

FUJITSU SCIENTIFIC & TECHNICAL JOURNAL (FSTJ) launched as a technical information magazine in English

1997

Online version of FSTJ launched

1998

Online version of FUJITSU launched

2019

FUJITSU discontinued with the final September 2019 Issue Vol. 70, No. 4

2020

March 19： Fujitsu Technical Review (Japanese site) launched

May 15： Fujitsu Technical Review (English site) launched

May 20： FSTJ discontinued with the final issue Vol. 56, No. 1, 2020
