Data Centre

Fujitsu, through its global presence, has significant experiences in Internet Data Centre services. We operate a number of data centers in Japan, throughout Asia Pacific and other parts of the world. Fujitsu Hong Kong offers a blend of services including provision of complete data centre managed facilities (floor and rack space, security, controlled power and controlled environment), colocation services, telecommunication services, fully managed monitoring and operational services, hosting, and managed application services. We also offer professional and support services including consultation, network design, project management, relocation and migration services, hardware supply and maintenance services.

Outsourcing

Fujitsu Outsourcing Services provide end-to-end control, monitoring and collection of statistics for all components of the Services. This includes the accumulation of data warehouse information required in generating management reports for performance reviews, contract administration and account management, which allows us to devise meaningful and measurable end-to-end service levels directly relevant to your business objectives.

Helpdesk / Call Centre

Fujitsu Helpdesk Service provides end-to-end call management to handle system problem and incident resolution in a geographic and platform-independent Service Centre. We also provide a single interface across all service activities as part of the agreement we signed with you. All services are available in local languages appropriate to the business requirement, allowing you to obtain localized service management with a global management view for all platforms, networks and applications.

Migration

Fujitsu provides Migration Services that assist you to easily migrate from one version of, for example a database, to another version; upgrade of application and system software; migrate system to a more powerful and high performance system.

Installation

Fujitsu provides one-stop installation service that assists you to effectively install your IT systems and equipment including servers, desktop and network components – all within the agreed standards. On top of this service, we also provide you with consulting services on your IT system infrastructure, as well as technical advice on the appropriate IT architecture that will best suit your requirements and meet your defined and established IT policies.

Hardware Warranty / Maintenance

Fujitsu helps you minimize the impact of any hardware and software failure by providing maintenance/warranty services. We dispatch qualified engineer to manage and provide diagnosis, repair and maintenance to hardware components of your IT infrastructure under the hardware maintenance service. Third-party hardware products are also covered, where applicable.

Software Support

Software Support Fujitsu Software Support Service provides a single point of contact in our Service Centre for you to seek technical advice and guidance on the use, documentation, and exploitation of licensed software products.
