Fujitsu Launches End-to-end Consumption-based SAP Model
Munich, April 19, 2023
Fujitsu today announces Fujitsu uSCALE for SAP, a range of pre-packaged, consumption-based hybrid cloud migration and optional hosting services for SAP environments. The end-to-end services are offered in conjunction with Fujitsu’s partner Equinix, the world's largest data center and colocation infrastructure provider.
Fujitsu uSCALE for SAP application migration solutions — which include data and workload placement optimization, hosting, and management — cut out the burden on customers to administer multiple technology layers and to integrate multi-platform environments. They leverage cloud-like economics and colocation options to deliver pragmatic, cost-effective digital transformation and application modernization, with minimal risk of cost overruns or future limitations in scalability and flexibility. They are also well-suited to privately managed and on-premises installations. Cost calculations for the new services can be determined transparently in advance using Fujitsu’s uSCALE Price Estimator*.
Unique in the SAP community, Fujitsu’s powerful data and application tools give customers the power to make objective decisions based on all the facts related to their current environment. Fujitsu SystemInspection Service Suite for SAP Solutions provides a complete overview of current landscape performance and Fujitsu BestPlace service maps the best hybrid strategy. In addition, Fujitsu FlexFrame for SAP is a dynamic infrastructure solution that virtualizes platforms and applications in a fully tested end-to-end solution.
Fujitsu uSCALE for SAP offers the latest SAP-certified hardware and platform infrastructures using a consumption-based model that can be embraced with the cloud or any hybrid environment. uSCALE provides an agile approach to cloud migration with a financially transparent, technically scalable and compliant IT. It can also help customers plan a cloud strategy such as RISE with SAP.
