As a Graduate or Apprentice joining Fujitsu you will be allocated to one of our Junior Talent role streams, such as Software Development, Marketing, Finance, Consulting and Sales to name a few. Each role stream will provide you with the specific training, network and support you need to get off to a flying start in your careers at Fujitsu.

Graduates

Our two-year Graduate scheme is designed to develop our future leaders and give you the autonomy to shape your career.

We offer positions you can develop into, and these positions will offer real responsibilities from the start. A role you can make your own.

We pride ourselves on our breadth of opportunities and believe we have something for every graduate. We encourage graduates from all degree disciplines to build their career at Fujitsu.

To compliment the role stream specific training, you will also undertake a 24 month modular development programme.

This covers key skills such as self-awareness, leadership, business awareness and business knowledge. Each module will provide you with the opportunity to take charge of your own development and allow you to expand your network with our full Junior Talent cohort across Europe.

Degree Apprenticeships

Our degree apprenticeship roles provide an excellent chance to work your way in an area that is fundamental to the future growth of our business.

80% of your time will be spent on the job, with 20% dedicated to studying at one of our University partners towards a debt-free degree!

Depending on your base location, you will study with one of our University Providers. This could be on site at University of Winchester or Manchester Metropolitan, or online with Open University, BPP or QA.

Apprenticeships

Over a 2-year period you will study and work towards a level 3 or 4 apprenticeship through work-based learning providing you with a nationally recognised qualification.

This will give you an opportunity to earn while you learn, as well as gaining job specific skills by working alongside experienced Fujitsu colleagues.

As part of our Junior Talent Programme, we can offer you a range of flexible benefits, a company laptop & company phone. We offer Funding for books to support your study and more recently we have introduced our weekly wellbeing hour. You can see the other ways we can support you throughout the programme below.


Achieving together

In addition to individual study and a team who welcomes and supports you, all graduates and apprentices are placed on an incredible 24-month modular development programme.

This will allow you to build and develop both your business and soft skills and will also be an opportunity to grow personal networks and support systems.

As well as this, training and learning platforms are available for all our Junior Talent members.

Before you start, we will provide you with a Buddy.

You can be safe in the knowledge that you will have this support throughout your time at Fujitsu.

Our senior buddies will be in the second year of the Junior Talent programme, therefore they can share their experiences as an apprentice or graduate first hand.

We pride ourselves in offering a great range of flexible rewards and benefits for both our graduates and apprentices with a life friendly approach in mind.

Our Junior Talent have access to our flexible benefits options, 25 days annual leave, funding for books and travel costs to university/college.

You will also have access to a variety of wellbeing tools, such as a weekly wellbeing hour as well as the chance to have your say through the Junior Talent Ambassadors and regular employee surveys.

    • Yes, every candidate, regardless of progression, will be sent a feedback report upon completion of their assessment. The report you receive will include your top strengths and areas for development. If you attend our Assessment Centre and would like feedback from this, you are more than welcome to reach out to us directly and request feedback. Please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
