As a Graduate or Apprentice joining Fujitsu you will be allocated to one of our Early Careers role streams, such as Software Development, Marketing, Finance, Consulting and Sales to name a few. Each role stream will provide you with the specific training, network and support you need to get off to a flying start in your careers at Fujitsu.

Role streams
Software Development
Our software developer roles give you exposure to the full software delivery lifecycle in technology areas such as Cyber Security, Big Data, Cloud, Digital, Applications, and Mobile. You will be supported by your team and work alongside people with different ideas.
Consulting
If you become part of our consulting practice, you will co-create with customers to utilise technology so that they can grow and succeed. You will be at the heart of our most important customer projects, helping our clients use new technology in innovative ways and driving effective business change.
Project Management
When aligned to Project Management role stream you will collaborate with our customers, both internal and external. You will be supporting senior project management professionals to ensure quality planning, control, and assurance practices on all aspects of project definition and delivery.
Testing
Within the testing team you will be involved in full lifecycle testing, including automation, of the Fujitsu's developed applications and packages. You will be trusted to deliver and will develop the ability to manage a range of projects.
Service Delivery Management
Service Delivery Managers are an important part of Business Management for Fujitsu. As part of our Service Delivery Management role stream you will undertake a varied role which sees you exposed to both financial and commercial aspects of services.
Sales
As part of the Sales role stream, you will be trusted to deliver and become a key point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for presenting the capabilities and culture of Fujitsu in a consistent and accurate way. You will become a real ambassador for Fujitsu.
Cyber Consulting
We have a variety of opportunities available in our Enterprise and Cyber Security team. These include technical roles, working in our Advanced Threat Centre and Cyber Consulting. You will have the opportunity to join an organisation which is passionate about emerging technologies and cyber security.
Graduates
Our Graduate scheme is designed to develop our future leaders and give you the autonomy to shape your career.
We offer positions you can develop into, and these positions will offer real responsibilities from the start. A role you can make your own.

To compliment the role stream specific training, you will also undertake a modular development programme.
This covers key skills such as self-awareness, leadership, business awareness and business knowledge. Each module will provide you with the opportunity to take charge of your own development and allow you to expand your network with our full Early Careers cohort across Europe.

Degree Apprenticeships
Our degree apprenticeship roles provide an excellent chance to work your way in an area that is fundamental to the future growth of our business.
80% of your time will be spent on the job, with 20% dedicated to studying at one of our University partners towards a debt-free degree!
You will carry out your studies with one of our University providers.

Support and Benefits
As part of our Early Careers Programme, we can offer you a range of flexible benefits, a company laptop & company phone. We offer Funding for books to support your study and more recently we have introduced our weekly wellbeing hour. You can see the other ways we can support you throughout the programme below.
Achieving together
In addition to individual study and a team who welcomes and supports you, all graduates and apprentices are placed on an incredible modular development programme.
This will allow you to build and develop both your business and soft skills and will also be an opportunity to grow personal networks and support systems.
As well as this, training and learning platforms are available for all our Early Careers members.
Buddy System
Before you start, we will provide you with a Buddy.
You can be safe in the knowledge that you will have this support throughout your time at Fujitsu.
Our senior buddies will be in the second year of the Early Careers programme, therefore they can share their experiences as an apprentice or graduate first hand.
Working your way
We pride ourselves in offering a great range of flexible rewards and benefits for both our graduates and apprentices with a life friendly approach in mind.
Our Early Careers Cohort have access to our flexible benefits options, 25 days annual leave, funding for books and travel costs to university/college.
You will also have access to a variety of wellbeing tools, such as a weekly wellbeing hour as well as the chance to have your say through the Early Careers Ambassadors and regular employee surveys.
Trusted to deliver
As a Graduate or Apprentice starting in your role, you are given real responsibility straight away. This allows yous to develop and progress early on in your career.
As part of our Early Careers cohort, you will also have the opportunity to get involved in additional activities and communities within Fujitsu to shape your own working world.
This includes a range of charity work, our diversity networks and mentoring.
Playing your part
There is a huge sense of community for Early Careers within Fujitsu, this is supported by a variety of people including our very own Early Careers board, Early Careers team and senior leaders.
It is important to note that you will also have opportunities to socialise and build brilliant relationships with the graduate/apprentice cohort throughout the development programme and elsewhere.

- You can view the status of your application at any time on your candidate profile. This will be updated regularly, please note there may be a wait between application stages. If you are concerned about the status of your application, please feel free to reach out to us.
- Yes, every candidate, regardless of progression, will be sent a feedback report upon completion of their assessment. The report you receive will include your top strengths and areas for development. If you attend our Assessment Centre and would like feedback from this, you are more than welcome to reach out to us directly and request feedback. Please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
