PRIMEQUEST 400 Series
"PRIMEQUEST 400 Series (Models 440 & 480)" is a series of Mission-critical IA servers unveiled worldwide on April 6, 2005. Its name was given with the thought of the "QUEST" of the "PRIME". It combined the high-performance 64-bit Intel Itanium 2 processor, the reliable mainframe technologies that Fujitsu had developed over many years and the technologies for speeding up supercomputers and high-end UNIX servers, and was built on our company's unique dual synchronous system architecture. This high-end server enabled mission-critical systems that require robustness and reliability to operate on flexible and economical open servers.
