Design
Our design services include solution specification, migration specification, operational specifications, ROI predict and the continuation of configuration and sizing, proof of concept, project management and TCO/ROI evaluation.
Build
Our build services comprise hardware installation and configuration, upgrade services, solution implementation, migration services, operational implementation, audit and rollout. They are complemented by project management and ROI delivery services.
Operate
At the Operate stage, we support our customers with Go-Live services, software support, operational consulting and optimization, health checks, managed services, customer-specific training and continuation of ROI delivery.
Optimization Services

Fujitsu supports you in managing service contracts in multi-vendor environments more efficiently, defining clear service responsibilities, coordinating and executing maintenance services. Fujitsu, as a Managed-Maintenance Provider, can even assume full responsibility for seeing that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with vendors and service providers are fulfilled.
