Point-of-Sale Hardware Fujitsu lowers the total cost of ownership for retailers through flexible, scalable and serviceable platforms for multiple customer touch points as well as the back office. Solutions include Fujitsu TeamPoS 3000 terminals, scanners, printers and displays, as well as third party products including servers and networking products. Application Software Fujitsu enables software integration for competitive differentiation - providing the framework and applications that deliver customer satisfaction through multiple touch points. Includes GlobalSTORE®, a core POS software application for retail; CustomerCENTER™ Loyalty, Relationship and Campaign Management applications; and ValueCENTER, a stored value solution. Self-Checkout Fujitsu offers a complete range of U-Scan self-checkout solutions to help retailers of any size (from convenience to superstore) efficiently manage orders of any size (express, medium or large). Full-size orders can be facilitated by using Fujitsu's patented U-Scan6 carousel model or U-Scan Max single-belted model. Self-Ordering Fujitsu's self-ordering solutions allow consumers to reserve movie passes over the Internet or select, pay and print tickets on-site using designated customer activated terminals (CATs) near the theatre box office. In addition to movie tickets, the terminals can provide other value-added services like dispensing gift cards, concession coupons and cash. Wireless, Mobile Solutions Fujitsu's iPAD™ handheld computer and software used for wireless retail store systems and mobile retail applications. Lifecycle Services Fujitsu Lifecycle Services has redefined traditional hardware maintenance operational excellence to include improved business operations in addition to meeting basic service level agreements (SLAs). Our strategic portfolio includes four distinct solutions - hardware maintenance, help desk augmentation, professional services management and rollout management. OEM products Fujitsu offers OEMs the broadest range of currency dispensers in the industry for ATM, teller-assist and other cash-handling applications in a variety of markets. |
