Support Packs are offerings with a fixed price and defined period of validity. ServiceContracts can be concluded at any time to ensure optimal service for the lifetime of a product with payments due at regular time intervals.
OFFERING
Support Pack / ServiceContract Software offers telephone support and an update service with patches as well as the provision of software versions with new functions as far as they are available from the licensor or manufacturer according to their terms and conditions. The following service options are available:
Basic 4 hours of remote response time Software patches and corrections on request and by agreement according to their availability
Classic 2 or 4 hours of remote response time and on-site service Software patches, corrections and updates on request and by agreement according to their availability
The following service time options are available:
