Transforming Higher Education

Enhancing the Higher Education Sector with Innovative Technology Solutions

We bring our extensive experience working with higher education institutions globally to address the unique challenges facing the UK education sector today. Our comprehensive suite of technology services is designed to address these challenges head-on, ensuring financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and superior educational outcomes. As students increasingly expect the best from their educational experience and face the complexities of hybrid learning environments, we provide the necessary tools and support to meet these demands.

Digital Strategic Partnership

To succeed, higher education institutions must deliver exceptional educational experiences and services to their students. While digital technologies offer significant potential to enhance these experiences, fully navigating and embracing the complexities of the digital landscape can be a formidable challenge.

Working in a Digital Strategic Partnership (DSP) with Fujitsu can accelerate your institution's digital transformation. This collaboration will not only streamline operations and improve efficiency but also enrich the overall student experience.

Transforming Educational Support with ServiceNow

Customer story

The University of Jyväskylä relied on an aging, end-of-life service management tool with limited capabilities. It wanted to upgrade to ServiceNow® and after competitive bidding, selected Fujitsu as its partner.

Fujitsu implemented a self-service portal to improve user experience and reduce demand on the service desk, setting the goal for faster incident resolution times. The platform gave the university the ability to transition to a remote working protocol during the COVID-19 pandemic.
