Fujitsu Group named 'Industry Top Rated' and 'Region Top Rated' in Sustainalytics' ESG Risk Ratings

Fujitsu today announced that it has been recognized as a 2025 ESG Top-Rated Company by Sustainalytics, a leading global ESG rating agency based in the Netherlands. Fujitu reiceived both the 'Industry Top Rated' and 'Region Top Rated' designations. This recognition highlights Fujitsu 's exceptionally low risk exposure to financially material ESG factors.
To achieve 'Industry Top Rated' status, companies must rank within the top 6.7% of the global Softwar Services industry. To achieve the 'Region Top Rated' rating, companies need to be placed within the top 6.7% of companies in the Asia/Pacific region.
Fujitsu's strong performance was attributed to its effective management of energy use and greenhouse gas emissions, low employee turnover, a robust diversity and talent development program, and a comprehensive whistleblower system.
Sustainalytics' ESG risk assessment covers over 14,000 companies across 42 industries. The ESG rating system is designed to help stakeholders, including investors, understand which companies are most exposed to industry-specific ESG risks and how effectively they are mitigating those risks.
