Fujitsu Oceania has a Whisteblowing policy and programme for employees and for those who deal with Fujitsu. This enables employees, suppliers, customers and other third parties to report breaches of our standards. Reporting ethics or compliance concerns can be done by using Fujitsu Alert.
Fujitsu Alert is controlled by a third party, engaged by Fujitsu, and allows concerns to be reported anonymously.
Fujitsu Alert is accessible online and via telephone.
If problems are found in investigating these reports, the relevant practice is terminated and measures are taken to prevent reocurrence. Fujitsu applies a zero-tolerance approach with respect to criminal misconduct.
