The Fujitsu Oceania Graduate Program is well recognised across the entire company with support from the Executive Leadership Team. The Graduate Program was initiated in 2010 to enable Fujitsu, to invest in developing the next generation of Australia and New Zealand’s talented professionals.

Our program is 18 months, starting in February 2020, giving you an opportunity to incorporate a balanced mix of business, focus, personal development and awareness with onsite sessions, virtual modules and group work. All graduates will be involved in their own personal development plan, to excel in their chosen stream.

Roles For You

Business Development / Corporate Sales

Graduates will work within the Sales division in the Engage layer of Fujitsu, with their manager and regional team members, they will be a key point of contact for our customers and will be actively involved in all aspects of the sales process, from new business, opportunity management, account management, through to large bid support. Graduates will learn key skills to identify, develop and assist to qualify customers’ needs to develop compelling persuasive cases, contribute to proposals, and learn how to build a sales pipeline, work with existing sales relationships and contribute to strategic plans and on customer engagement. Sales experience will be beneficial.

Areas of study: Commerce, Business, Marketing, Economics, IT

Client Services

Graduates will work within the Client Services Group in the Engage Layer, and be actively involved with managing client relationships and to ensure excellent operational delivery. Graduates will develop knowledge across multiple business management competencies, by engaging in a number of disciplines, corporate functions and lines of delivery. Key responsibilities are, managing elements of service delivery in order to deliver contracted service commitments to customer, liaise with customer business group to understand innovation ad value, liaise with global and local teams to work on programs, to ensure team to achieve their objectives.

Consulting – Co Creation and UX Design

Graduates will work within the broader Architecture and Consulting layer of Fujitsu, in leading Fujitsu’s customer transformation journey. Graduates will support and develop the Digital Transformation journey to key customers. You will work with dynamic projects enabling agile working practices and accelerate the development of Fujitsu’s go to market development. Graduates will also participate and contribute to Fujitsu’s ideation capability through tools such as Design Thinking, hackathons and proof of concept engagements. Graduates will also learn how to develop collateral for new and emerging technologies for customers.

Areas of study: Analytics, Business, IT, UX Design, Computer Science, Engineering, Systems Design


Graduates will work within the RUN Delivery Unit and will be a key support for digital services delivered to clients. The role will support and work in areas relating to IT Infrastructure operations to our clients. Projects and work assignments as they relate to Hybrid IT including Cloud (Public and Private), Cyber Security and Digital Workplace needs.

Areas of study: Data Analytics, Automation and AI, relating to ICT Infrastructure and Engineering


Graduates will work within the Finance and Business Processes team, to gain expertise in the practical application of accounting knowledge. Graduates will learn elements of Finance and key Business Processes and responsible for carrying out and maintaining accounting records to assist more senior accountants in providing data to Senior Management. Graduates will also have to produce financial reports for staff in the business to support the business units and accounting processes.

IT Architecture / Technology Practices

Graduates within the Architecture and Consulting layer of Fuijtsu, will get an opportunity to work within Technology Practices or IT Architecture. The Graduate will provide technical input to the business approval process to make a recognised technical contribution to business approval meetings. Graduates will identify enhancements, opportunities to win business and provide evidence to use acceptable methods and risk models. Graduates will also be able to work in the design of large scale, leading edge IT solutions and exposure to work alongside skilled professionals for major clients.
