“Each day of the graduate program has been an opportunity for growth, independent discovery and empowerment. I have felt both challenged to step out of my comfort zone and supported to thrive in the unfamiliar.“ - Abi Padmasiri: Graduate, People and Culture, Sydney (2022 Graduate)
"The Grad Program really helped me come into my own as a working professional. Since joining in 2019 I have been empowered to take control of my daily responsibilities and do the best I can with the support of my network. The ability to learn and grow has been the biggest standout from my experience and I wouldn’t be in the role I am today if it wasn’t for the flexible environment that allows us grads to expand our careers."
