Nieuwe kleine voetafdrukscanner biedt operationele bruikbaarheid voor elke werkruimte

PFU (EMEA) Limited heeft vandaag de lancering van de ScanSnap iX1300 aangekondigd, een nieuwe persoonlijke documentscanner met een kleine operationele voetafdruk om mensen te helpen hun productiviteit te maximaliseren.

Ontworpen om op elk bureau of thuiswerklocatie te passen, het U-vormige invoerpad De functionaliteit is ook verbeterd met scannen zonder pc rechtstreeks naar mobiele of cloudservices en de mogelijkheid om documenten op te slaan als doorzoekbaren PDF's of bewerkbare Word-, Excel- of PowerPoint-bestanden.

Er is geen wachttijd voor de scanner om op te warmen, wat betekent dat hij binnen enkele seconden klaar is om te scannen met 30 pagina's per minuut. Dankzij het retourpad kunnen losse vellen of boekjes tot 2 mm dik[1] direct worden gescand zonder de omslag te openen.

Zoals met alle apparaten in het assortiment, is de ScanSnap iX1300 eenvoudig en gemakkelijk te gebruiken; gebruikers hoeven alleen maar op een knop te drukken. Met de standaard meegeleverde ScanSnap Home-software kunnen gebruikers gescande documenten bekijken, bewerken en op maat voorzien van tags, allemaal vanuit één applicatie, waardoor het beheren van gescande bestanden eenvoudig en gemakkelijk wordt.
