We will run stakeholder workshops and use advanced analytics to identify and determine the potential return of investment from risk mitigations and improvement opportunities and present our findings with recommendations for the next steps. | ||
2 Plan | Co-develop strategies to make better use of data and technology Over 1-2 weeks we will work with you to develop prioritisation criteria based on value and feasibility in your organisation, then run a stakeholder workshop to identify initiatives that target the improvement opportunities identified in Discover. We will prioritise each initiative based on value and feasibility and identify dependencies to develop a road map that will fund your journey. | ||
3 Co-create | Co-design and build holistic solutions that reliably deliver outcomes We will scale our team to reflect your needs and budget and work with you to design and deliver priority initiatives, which may be people, process or technology focussed, with or without embedded AI.
