Fujitsu Recognized as a Leader in Gartner Magic Quadrant for Managed Workplace Services, Europe, 2020

Leading analyst firm Gartner has recognized Fujitsu as a Leader in its 2020 Magic Quadrant for Managed Workplace Services, Europe. The report, names Fujitsu as a Leader for the fourth consecutive year. Fujitsu also continues to be positioned highest for its ability to execute in the Leader's Quadrant.

In its report, Gartner states that Managed Workplace Services are "centered on delivering a digital workplace experience to end users so organizations can leverage their digital dexterity in the development of new digital business services”. It adds: “The goal is to boost employee engagement and agility through a more consumerized work environment, while optimizing costs."

Gartner evaluated 17 Managed Workplace Services providers in Europe – whose offerings include digital workplace services, such as service desk and outsourcing services that provide a cloud-first, automated and integrated support to end users.
