This role will see you reporting into the Customer Service Group where you will take on project from all divisions of the Sales, Customer Service Management team and have access to a large range of customer facing team members. With your manager, you will be a key point of contact for our customers and will be actively involved in all aspects of managing client relationships and ensuring excellence in operational delivery.
Digital Consulting
You will be a key support for the Consulting team, leading Fujitsu’s customers’ transformation journey, and supporting and developing the Consulting offering for Fujitsu Australia and New Zealand. You will be working in dynamic projects enabled by agile working practices, with a start-up mentality that accelerate the development and incubation of the next generation of Fujitsu Oceania Go-To-Market solutions. Under the direction of Senior Consultants, you will support client engagements, through research and analysis and developing the tools to drive the technology innovation agenda. During the program, you will learn elements of Fujitsu’s consulting practices in digital projects.
Sales
Our Graduate Program has a unique opportunity for Graduates to work within the Platform Sales division of Fujitsu. With your manager and regional team members, you will be a key point of contact for our customers and will be actively involved in all aspects of the sales process, from new business, opportunity management and account management.
Technical Sales
This role will see you reporting into the Technical Pre Sales team where you will take on projects from all divisions of the SCSM team and have access to a large range of customer facing team members. You will work within the Technical Pre Sales unit of the Platforms Sales team and will be a key support for technical information on Product and Infrastructure that we deliver to clients. Projects and work assignments will relate to Hybrid IT including Cloud (Public & Private), Cyber Security and Digital Workplace needs. In the role you will learn elements of IT product solutioning, sales and bids during the program.
