Our Corporate Functions are essential to our organisation. We hire into Finance, Human Resources and Business Systems.
Human Resources
Graduates in this role will gain expertise and exposure to many aspects of the business. Whether it be supporting an HR Business Partner or within the Learning and Development team, you will own and assist a variety of projects and programs of work.
Finance
Graduates will work within the Finance and Business Processes team. With the support of your manager you will gain expertise in the practical application of your accounting knowledge in a large high growth technology company. You will also again experience in management and tax accounting and have an overview of all aspects of the Finance Department. In the role Graduates will be learning elements of Finance and key Business Processes during their program.
Supply Chain
In this role, Graduates will work across the Supply Chain team and gain exposure to key functions from procurement, outsourcing and distribution, Order Fulfilment, Warehousing, manufacturing, planning/forecasting and logistics, and supplier management. Graduates will be given learning opportunities to contribute to streamlining and improving the way we procure goods and services across the organisation, strengthening our strategic business partnering with a focus on driving an increasingly collaborative approach across our business to support the overall strategy.
User Interface & User Experience Design
Our Graduate Program has a unique opportunity for Graduates to join our Oceania Business Systems team as User Interface (UI) & User Experience (UX) Design Analysts. you will gain expertise in business data interpretation that will provide the business with information designed to guide and assist business decisions and improvement initiatives in a large high growth technology company. You will also gain experience in working with the business gathering of information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends to improve system useability. This role will support UX team to lead the design efforts on projects from early concepts through production including: design concept exploration, refinement, communication, & documentation.
