What is the number one reason that keeps you coming to work every day?
Fujitsu is technology oriented. This is in line with my career goals and dreams. I am surrounded by people with similar interests and expertise at varying levels that I can learn from and aspire to be like. I am always exposed to all types of technologies and opportunities to interact with different vendors from across the world. I have the autonomy to innovate, express myself and develop my skills to a higher level. Fujitsu offers resources to do R&D within a lab space and the opportunity to obtain world-leading IT certifications to it employees. I could go on. The key for me is growth in technology. I want to grow in my field and Fujitsu gives me the platform to do so.

What is the number one reason that keeps you coming to work every day?
I simply love what I do. Although Sales is undoubtedly the most natural career choice for me; working at Fujitsu takes the Sales experience to a high level. Everyday I feel like I am genuinely contributing to the success of my team. I have developed a deep appreciation for Fujitsu’s focus on building trust and connecting with our customers. My customers are the most valued part of my job. I have learned a lot about myself during my time at Fujitsu and how I face challenges. Adaptability and co-creation are key as we are constantly required to innovate. I’m always learning and with our global partners and I feel encouraged to add to my certifications and competencies to strengthen my capabilities. My colleagues are always available for collaboration and even a laugh, which really makes a difference on intense days.

When did you start to work at Fujitsu? December 2011

What is the number one reason that keeps you coming to work every day?
I started off my working journey with Fujitsu as a Project Manager to deliver the first a Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Platform solution. I was then appointed as Team Lead for the Project Manager Office for Trinidad and Barbados a year later.  Quite an exciting experience! 
I then challenged myself with the role of Regional Bid Manager, responsible for all strategic bids for the Caribbean. This role was particularly interesting as I collaborated with Sales and the Senior Leadership Team to win business while putting structure to our bid management processes.
A new opportunity then emerged for me to lead a customer engagement to design a Target Operating Model (TOM) and Enterprise Architecture (EA). This led to my current position of Engagement Manager, which I have held for almost 3 years.

What is the number one reason that keeps you coming to work every day?
My Fujitsu journey can be compared to evolution in technology. Each juncture has been transformative and filled with innovation. After graduating, I joined Fujitsu as a Remote Support Analyst. I was inspired to see how my work touched the lives of people in the Caribbean & Latin America through our customers, systems and technologies. My passion and development in data and analytics led to my appointment as a Remote Support Engineer, supporting and innovating with managed services customers in the Oracle support space.
Now as a Data Engineer, I have the opportunity daily to co-create and innovate with our customers, through designing and developing data solutions in multi-cloud and hybrid concept. This could not have been achieved without the direction, coaching and encouragement of dedicated management and colleagues that enabled my development and success. 
It’s been 5 years and I am still excited and motivated to see Fujitsu and my career evolve along with technology.

I have worked at other companies before joining Fujitsu so I have an excellent basis for comparison. Since being with Fujitsu for over 20 years, I have found that it is the only company that allows you to fully pursue your career path by providing adequate support, opportunities to hone in on your skills and expertise and most importantly, the option to adjust your path regardless of the reason.
