In practicing CSR, we demonstrate a commitment to responsible business operations by specifying priority issues and working to address them.

As we face a fast changing world, we keep a pulse on how we can positively impact the lives of our employees and society in support of our Global Responsible Business framework.

Through the joint efforts of our people, we respect all people regardless of their differences and provide equal opportunities for all. We take time to listen to our employees through annual Employee Engagement Surveys and regular staff meetings . We promote health, safety and wellbeing of employees through the work of our Local Management Teams, Building Committees, and activities such as Blood Drives and Health Fairs.

Our commitment to our society

Our commitment to sustainable development in the Caribbean is a priority for us. Every year we provide socio-economic ICT impact by hosting young persons in our Summer Internship Programmes and Girls in ICT Day, and sponsoring events such as HackTT.

We are also committed to partnering with our people who volunteer their time and resources to add value to our communities and the environment through initiatives such as Walk For The Cure to raise awareness of breast cancer, Coastal Clean-up events, and numerous charity drives from providing laptops to children to participate in online school as a result of COVID-19 to supporting people across the Caribbean affected by natural disasters such as floods, hurricanes and earthquakes.
