Fujitsu Caribbean - Executive Team
Mervyn Eyre serves as head of Fujitsu’s operations in the Caribbean, where he is responsible for managing the strategic direction and general management of its business and assets in this region. He also heads the International Business Strategy Office (IBSO), a key Headquarters function responsible for enabling Fujitsu’s strategy in Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Americas.
For a two-year period (2017 – 2019) Mervyn served in an interim role as Head of Managed Infrastructure Services for the Americas, where he was instrumental in leading the successful transition and transformation, delivery management and strategic engagement for Fujitsu’s largest customers in North America.
Leveraging more than 25 years of experience in the global ICT industry, Mervyn has been instrumental in leading the introduction of managed and cloud-based digital services in the region, opening up new, agile, pay-as-you-use consumption models to the enterprise and government. He is focused on driving growth and value from digital for Fujitsu and its clients, leveraging a a human-centric, co-creative approach that transforms business operations, the customer experience, and the employee experience.
Through Mervyn’s astute business planning, operational excellence, and leadership of a diverse and talented team, Fujitsu has built trusted relationships with its customers, evidenced by a track record of success in the region. He is driven by a quest for continuous learning and a passion for technology innovation to enable Fujitsu’s purpose of driving sustainability transformation for both businesses and society.
Dwaine is a solution-oriented IT strategist with 22 years of industry experience, designing, implementing, and supporting IT infrastructure in the Caribbean for both private and public sectors. For the past six years, he has developed and implemented strategies and led high-performing regional teams that resulted in improved services revenue for Fujitsu and return on investment for our customers.
He is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and currently completing an MBA with the University of Illinois. Dwaine lives with his wife and five children in Jamaica.
Stacey-Ann is responsible for winning new business and protecting existing revenues in the West Caribbean. She provides business accountabilities for revenue, margin, sales growth, delivery and customer satisfaction, while leading the Sales department.
A veteran to the ICT industry, Jean-Paul possesses over 20 years of technical and management experience. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in ICT sales and service delivery; specific areas included general management, business development, and project execution of enterprise, government, and telecom mission-critical solutions.
While at Fujitsu, he has successfully served as Vice President, Business Development focusing on the Public Sector. In this capacity, he was responsible for driving Fujitsu’s connected government and citizen-centric solutions, to assist regional governments with Public Sector modernization and reform.
An architect of ICT solutions, Jean-Paul’s areas of specialty include an in-depth understanding of ICT infrastructure integration, from the client interface, across the network, to the data center. His focus and passion is about the business value and positive outcomes that organizations gain from their investment in technology. As Vice President, Sales, Eastern Caribbean, Jean-Paul is responsible for the profitability and operations of the business unit, setting and executing the company's strategy and objectives in the market. In his executive resident capacity he oversees the administration of Fujitsu’s Trinidad and Tobago office.
Adrian is one of those ‘fit for digital’ leaders determined to shape the future of work through his agile, high-trust, people-first leadership mindset, and his openness to innovation through co-creation.
As a member of the Caribbean leadership team, Adrian is currently responsible for strategy development, business transformation, portfolio and project management, client engagement, sales operations, and business partnerships at Fujitsu. He has additional responsibilities as the Country Executive for the Barbados operations overseeing the company’s go-to-market strategy, staff wellbeing, P&L, and responsible business initiatives. He is a highly adaptable leader as demonstrated through his several promotions and diverse management roles over his 22 years at Fujitsu – from VP of Solution Architecture to Cyber Security Leader, VP of Business Development, and VP of Sales and Partner Management.
Adrian has achieved his Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Physics and Computer Science from the University of the West Indies and a Master of Business Administration (Distinction) from Durham University. Adrian has also attained various honors and awards in excellence for his work. He has participated in several public speaking engagements regionally and has been quoted as an ICT subject matter expert, often in the field of information security, in various publications.
He lives in Barbados with his wife who shares a passion for leadership as a partner with PwC, and together their true test is to raise their two beautiful children well.
Patrice has leadership responsibility for the strategy of leading and delivering the HR function for Fujitsu in the Caribbean region. Her focus is our strategic HR management in terms of designing and delivering the right HR practices and solutions to support our business objectives.
This includes supporting the Change Management process, Talent Management, Team Building, and the completion of the build-out and delivery of consistent HR policies, practices, and procedures, along with her team of territory-based HR Business Partners.
Patrice has a Bachelor of Science in Tourism & Hospitality Management from the University of Technology as well as a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Florida International University.
She resides in Kingston, Jamaica with her family.
Sandra is a Fellow Level (FCIM), Chartered Marketer (CMktr) certified by the Chartered Institute of Marketing as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications/Mass Media from the University of the West Indies.
She has over 25 years of experience and proven success across a wide range of marketing disciplines for B2B, B2P and B2C, on both the agency and client perspective. Sandra is currently responsible for regional marketing strategy, operations, brand management, digital assets, demand generation, campaigns, events, public relations, and corporate communications.
Sandra resides in Kingston, Jamaica with her family.
Shevonne leads the finance department to ensure Fujitsu achieves all financial targets and related business objectives. She is responsible for reviewing and maintaining the integrity of individual country and consolidated financial and management accounts comply with the relevant policies and reporting/accounting standards.
Shevonne reviews and provides internal and external auditors with compliance information, and collaborates with the bid team to provide support with cost/pricing and financial modeling for major projects and complex managed services contracts, in addition to, creating processes that will help to increase employee efficiency.
