Fujitsu Empowers Channel Partners with Innovative Tools for Growth

Munich, June 14, 2023

Fujitsu today introduces powerful new tools to empower its channel partners with enhanced collaboration capabilities and streamlined operations – aiming to drive growth within the Fujitsu ecosystem.

The enriched Fujitsu Channel Portal is a central hub, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between Fujitsu and its partners. It provides easy access to essential resources such as sales and marketing materials, product information, training modules, and technical documentation. By consolidating these essential resources into a single location, the Fujitsu Channel Portal simplifies finding the right information, enabling partners to respond quickly to customer needs and drive sales growth.

The key features of the Channel Partner Portal are:
  • Comprehensive Resource Center: Partners can access a wide range of resources, including product information, sales materials and enablement tools, technical documentation, and product certifications, empowering them to meet customer needs effectively.

  • Sales and Marketing Support: Customizable marketing assets, campaign materials, competitive analysis, and market insights help partners promote Fujitsu solutions effectively.

  • Training and Certification: The portal offers training resources, certifications, and educational modules to enhance partners’ knowledge, update them on emerging technologies, and unlock growth opportunities. It is built on Fujitsu’s Continuous Education Program, launched in February 2023 and designed to equip partners with the skills and expertise they need to excel in today’s competitive market.

Also new is the Fujitsu Partner Cockpit, an interface to consolidate essential business data from various channel systems. Partners gain quick access to tools, ensuring they benefit from enhanced efficiency and productivity. Partners can customize their interface to align with their specific needs and preferences, providing an optimized experience. With the Partner Cockpit, partners can easily track their progress, view sales performance, monitor deal statuses, and access valuable insights to optimize their business. The Partner Cockpit empowers them to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

Furthermore, Fujitsu relaunches the Tech Community portal, offering professionals and tech enthusiasts a user-friendly platform to connect, collaborate, and expand their knowledge base. The portal provides access to technical articles, whitepapers, case studies, and product documentation, enabling members to stay updated with industry trends and advances.

All tools are available immediately and free of charge to accredited Fujitsu channel partners.
