Solution to be showcased in the UiPath Immersion Lab

PFU (EMEA) Limited today announced an innovative partnership with UiPath, the enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software company, to enable the end-to-end automation of paperwork processes.

The integration between UiPath’s RPA software and Easy NX Connect for Paperstream NX Manager, a server-based software solution built for the cloud, enables organisations to implement intelligent automation solutions to process documents between software-as-a-service solutions and a Fujitsu fi-7300NX scanner.

The UiPath Automation Platform is helping organisations around the world become faster and more agile in the face of increased demand and rapidly changing environments. It addresses the automation lifecycle by leveraging process discovery tools and employee crowdsourcing to determine what to automate, which is key to scaling automation across the enterprise with speed and efficiency. This enables more sophisticated automations with AI capabilities such as document understanding and provides sophisticated analytics to measure the business impact of automation. This pervasive ‘automation first’ approach is proven to be both substantial and transformative and is allowing everyone – from RPA Developers and Testers to Citizen Developers and Business End Users – to collaborate and put automation squarely at the core of everyday work.

The integration provides an advanced and intelligent solution that is easy to use and implement. Documents can be scanned and processed at the push of a button by the Fujitsu fi-7300NX and UiPath’s Orchestrator automation application. Installation is simple and doesn’t require an expert to complete, available to be deployed as a standalone PC-less solution. Collaboration is also simple; with Easy NX Connect for Paperstream NX Manager, individual employee access can be provided via a single shared fi-7300NX device. Employees sign in and can scan jobs that are automatically actioned by UiPath’s RPA software.

Customers will be able to experience the technology virtually and physically through the UiPath Immersion Lab. The fi-7300NX will provide a demonstration of how capture and hyper automation technology can provide high performance solutions such as invoice and order processing linked to ERP systems like SAP and Salesforce.
