Bridgestone therefore made decision to bring the Robotic Process Automation or RPA system developed by UiPath to apply and experiment for issuing accounting documents to customers at a tier shop.

With services provided by Fujitsu (Thailand) Co., Ltd., who helped in the beginning by studying on the working process, technical consulting, designing, implementation and until RPA deployment to be smooth and fast with the most benefits.

Results

Implementing the RPA system helped increase the efficiency of following:
